We book a transfer for 14 persons from cartagena airport to hyatt regency. That's a 15 min drive. The day before our flight, we received an email saying our reservation was not confirmed and that we need to book at a higher price. We provided our filght number during the booking. Upon arriving at cartagena airport the line was long and slow. We received a message from the person in charge to receive us that they can only wait for us 1 hour and they have the pickup time same time as the flight arrival time. I received several messages from this person reminding me the cut off time and we finally got out 15 min past the time and the person was waiting because part of the group could get out in time and held them to wait for the full group to get out. The day of our return we received a message in the morning from the company in charge to take us to the airport and they have the pick up time same time as our flight departure time. I texted back and forth with this person and although she understands she say I will need to contact airport transfer for they to correct the time. When I contacted Airport transfer I learned that they had the wrong time since the beginning and that the fault was on them and not in the local transportation company. It took me an hour chatting with the company for they to correct the time. We were lucky that our flight was at 3:00 pm. I cannot imagine what would happened if the flight were early in the morning.

I booked a taxi from Faro To Tavira and return aweek later, the guy who picked us up from airport was fine, very courteous, all very efficient, i askek if he would be picking up on return he said yes.....so all good. When we was due to be collected ...2 pm ...after 10 minutes no show... i thought i would phone just to make sure they are on there way......i gave her the reference and she said no booking, i explained you picked us up the week before....anyway there was no car coming for us,so we are waiting to go to the airport and didnt have time to argue so i booked an uber (which turned out to be £5 cheaper than what they were charging)......... i then got a message that i had made a mistake on the booking form ( i didnt have acopy of original form only a email what they sent me) Anyway it turns out i had booked to be collected from the airport at 2pm and from the apartment at 2pm on the same day...... so in theory thats my fault but like i said i have not got original form any way i thought ok thats that.....but i did ask if nobody thought it odd i was being picked up in two places at the same time 40 minutes apart....just a cursory check ? .... she then said what customers do inthere private life is nothing to do with them....which i didnt really know how to answer....UBER in future.

The pick up was fine and would have given the company a 5 star but the return journey to the airport was disappointing. It rained the day we left and the driver left his windows open causing the back seat to get wet. He did NOT tell us and didn't cover the seat with a blanket before picking us up. When we arrived at the airport our trousers were soaking wet and when I told him the seats are wet he told it was the rain. Can't believe his stupidaty of leaving his windows open and didn't even have the courtesy to let us know about the wet seats.

We had an hour delay & landed at Malaga airport at 1.30am . No one was waiting for us at exit so waited a little then rang the EMERGENCY number which no one answered. I what's app the number numerous times which eventually after about 3/4 of a hour someone answered but sounded like I had woke them up. Said they would be 10 mins. We waited another half hour no one turned up. Kept ringing & what's app but no one came. We was waiting on the airport for 1 hour & 1/2 to which we then had to get a taxi from the airport which cost another 35 euro on top of what already paid. I have emailed numerous times to ask for refund but I am still waiting to hear anything. Not a good experience & not what you need travelling late at night.

If you need return trip transportation, from and to an airport, you are best to book two separate trips. If you book a return trip and then need to change the second leg, you can only do that 24 hours before the FIRST flight. We tried to do this online -- days in advance of our return flight -- and then through the telephone help line, but could not get it to happen. We had to pay for the original return trip and then again for the amended second leg. This seems like a simple glitch for them to fix, but apparently it's not worth it for them to change their policy (or even to clarify that "changes can only be made 24 hours before you FIRST flight").

Ultimately there was no taxi available for the advertised price, instead we got a new offer which was 35% more expensive. This is not the the way how to try to lure customers.

It was one of the worst transfer experience so far. Once we arrived there were tens of drivers waiting and holding name signs of their customers. Well, except for our driver. It took us a couple of phone calls and an additional 30min to have the driver meet us. Definitely not a good first impression. In my opinion and experience, look somewhere else, unless you're looking forward to starting your Greece experience on the wrong foot.

Ordered a taxi for 16:45 in Rhodes Greece, after 15 mins no one showed up yet so I decided to call the number in the mail, he said some not understandable words and said he will be here asap. At the end he showed up an half hour later… we’re lucky we planned to be a bit earlier but still, 16:45 is not 17:15.

Upon booking online for taxi from La Maddalena to OlBia Aiport, the amount quoted was euro110 and I'm booked. A day before my departure, the taxi company WhatsApp me asking to pay euro80 if I want driver to pick me frm La Maddalena. I have baggage and find inconvenient to take the ferry on foot and meet the driver in Palau. She said the cost didn't cover the ferry journey but even so if I drive, it will not cost Euro80. After negotiating, and I had less than 1 day to think of other solution, I agreed for Euro60. Company shld be transparent with the amount upon confirmation of booking.

The initial encounter left much to be desired. We had arranged for transport from the airport early in the morning, but unfortunately, the driver failed to show up. This left us waiting anxiously for an hour until another driver was dispatched. Needless to say, this was not the ideal start to our journey, and it left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. However, our return journey to the airport was a complete turnaround. The driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and was incredibly courteous throughout the trip. It was a refreshing change from our earlier experience. Nonetheless, I couldn't help but confirm once again that we wouldn't encounter a repeat of the initial mishap. While the service on our return trip was exemplary and helped salvage our impression, the initial hiccup upon arrival was a significant downside. The inconsistency in service reliability definitely impacted our overall perception.

The transfer seems to have been outsourced to another company, reallankaholidays. The driver was 15 mins late for an airport pick-up, which is a no go in my book. Luckily we planned for such eventualities and we arrived on time, but the emergency contact organising our driver was incredibly rude, literally shouting at me, telling me I didn’t answer his phone call 2 hrs before departure so he could send me a picture of the van. What has that got to do with the driver being punctual? I shouldn’t have to be contactable on the phone- that’s why I organised a prepaid transfer, so I wouldn’t have to think about contacting anyone day-of-travel with two small kids in tow. Literally worst customer service I’ve ever had. Driver was fine but also pretty dopey.

The drive from the airport to my hotel was no problem, good service and a nice driver. However my taxi driver from my hotel to the airport was horrible, he was not driving good, he was honking all the time for no reason, didn’t keep his hands on the steering wheel, and he asked me if we could stop by a store so he could buy something, and I told him NO because I had a flight to catch but he still stopped in the MIDDLE of the street to buy himself a energy drink. Extremely unprofessional and made me late for my flight. Would not recommend

I booked a MERCEDES Vito or similiar. Was supplied with an old, tattered, UGLY Toyoat Hiace! How is that similiar to a Mercedes Vito?? Wen I asked the representative he says call my agent who's only no I was supplied upon the booking was in America, we jus landed in Dubai! He then told the driver leav them if they don't want it & go. I have emailed the company 5 times since then , however they are not responding. I have a further transfer booked & am afraid of the calibre of vehicle they will send. They Refuse to respond to my email

Do not use this company to arrange a ride from any airport if your plan is to have someone waiting for you when you get off the plane. You are better off just getting any taxi outside the arrivals. We book three transfers with this company, the first never showed up and we or the emergency contact could find the driver. The second arrived on time but we had to stay in constant contact with the company to confirm them. The next one we had to wait and loose an hour of our trip on a time sensitive day. Absolutely useless company that can’t provide the service they offer, on time taxi transfers. I have 2 stars for the one time out of 3 that worked. Poor performance to say the least

Actually my only complaint is the telephone Help line doesn’t answer in a reasonable time with a person. It keeps playing a recording telling me “your call is important to us “ but doesn’t answer for so long I hung up the phone. Our delayed flight meant we missed a connecting flight and we only found out about 3 hours before the driver was to meet us. So I tried to call the help line to warn the driver. Perhaps it was a busy time or understaffed but the help line has to answer in a reasonable time.

I have order a 10 seater bus and 8 luggage this company ended up giving me 7 seater bus with 4 luggage I am disappointed for what I payed I will tell you never get from this web all the reviews here are fake AI GENERATED DONT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!

The reservation said that the driver at the airport would have a sign with our name on it. We walked out and didn't see anyone with a sign with our name. I called the emergency number and the person said the driver should be there and that he would call me back. I waited 10 minutes and no one called so I called the emergency number again. I finally connected with the driver who said he is right near the exit in his car. I still wasn't sure where he was. He found us and when I asked him why there was no sign he said he couldn't park in the parking lot or he would get a ticket. He then asked me to pay for the bridge toll and complained about the company he was working for.
