“Brilliant company. Kept in contact with us throughout on Whatsapp and email, and responded straight away to any queries. Vans were nice and spacious to and from. Driver was very nice and helped with all suitcase. Fabulous service”

“The driver each way was on time and helped us with our bags. The vehicle on our arrival was smaller than what was booked. It was a short 20 minute ride to from the airport to our hotel so it was fine.”

“We were extremely pleased with the return transfer as the driver messaged us in advance with all the pick up details. He was extremely pleasant and car very comfortable. The arrival transfer was ok but I felt we should have had the same information as the return. Comments from other people said driver would wait in Airport with our name on a notice. We didn’t have any pre-transfer info at all so ended up phoning the emergency number and a yellow taxi came 8 mins later.”

“I used this airport transfer service for my trip from Punta Cana to Coral Costa Caribe Resort and back, and it was fantastic. They were professional and punctual, even checking in with me 24 hours in advance to confirm the details. My flight was delayed coming in by two hours, but they adjusted without any issues which I really appreciated. The ride was quick and efficient, with no complaints whatsoever. While the drivers don’t speak English, I used Google Translate, and everything went smoothly. Overall, an amazing experience—highly recommend!”

“Haneda transfer was excellent. Even though immigration process took longer then expected and getting to meeting point outside airport also took awhile. The driver waited for us and got us to our hotel. Definitely recommended this service. Driver was nice and professional.”

“Overall a very good service. We booked three transfers and although one driver was late picking us up from the airport, the other two were on time for our other journeys. All were very helpful and got us to our destinations, driving carefully and with consideration.”
