So disappointed in this service. I advised with 4 hours notice of a cancelled flight. The driver would not have had to drive to the airport, park or wait for our arrival. I advised of the cancellation as soon as I knew so the driver was made aware. The driver was very understanding & grateful for my advice. The company however simply reminded me of the rules that a cancellation means no refund, so I would need to rebook & pay. Maybe next time I’ll just not bother letting them know about the cancellation as it makes no difference to the customer service or outcome. I would gladly pay a rebooking fee, but to be totally out of pocket when I advised with plenty of notice seems extremely harsh.

We found the website unclear on how much baggage could be taken in addition to passengers. For example, we ordered a 6 seater but it only became clear when we were picked up that some of the seats needed to be folded down to fit the bags that the website said we could take. Also, we were incredibly disappointed with our driver KaKa (KYB-7316) who took us from our hotel to the airport. He spent the whole journey making repeated and lengthy phone calls to various people which were coming through the car speakers so we had to sit and listen to it the whole journey. At some point he was clearly very angry on the phone (he was speaking in Cantonese so we did not know what he was saying, but he was shouting at the person on the other end of the phone). We found this to be completely unprofessional. Despite having been on the phone to multiple different people for the entire trip, he had the audacity to ask for a tip and was clearly annoyed when we explained he would not be getting one simply for driving, given that his customer-service was non-existent. Would have rated 1 star, but transfers were on time and cars were in good condition.

The ride from Sydney airport to our airbnb was good. Other than the fact the driver said I hadn’t paid when I paid in advance online and took out a bank screenshot of the paid service. I was most disappointed at the ride from airbnb to the airport. It was a 430am ride, We waited 40minutes and the ride never turned up so we had to take a couple uber cars. We rung the emergency number and no one answered as hours operating was from 9am. I messaged via whatsapp i would be requiring a refund. We arrived back home and the reasoning for not turning up was due to heavy rains. It was very light showers, no flight delays or cancellations. The uber was prompt and no traffic. EVEN IF the driver couldn’t make it they should of contacted me so that I wouldn’t be waiting but I was never contacted. If i continued to wait i would of missed my flight. The service should ensure the driver contacts the customer if they can’t make it or will be late. Also to provide a number we can call outside of service hours for assistance.

Stated badly with quite await at the airport.The driver then pulled the boot lid down (electronically) on my head! What should have been a drive of under an hour turned into 1hr 45 mins. The traffic was New York typical but the driver took a peculiar route into the city - seemed to want to avoid the tunnel. He didn’t speak any English at all so we couldn’t ask him why the journey was so long. He had his phone (not the one where he had the route in) set so there was a continuous high screech beep. He turned it off when we eventually made it clear that it was very unpleasant. At this point we were within 5 minutes of the hotel.

The trip from New Orleans- perfect. However our trip in Nashville was very disappointing. Our flight was 30 minutes late, also getting our luggage was a 40 minute delay with signs saying not to use mobile phones. On leaving baggage we rang emergency numbers with no response. So we got a local taxi when we picked up calls from you but too late as you had declared us as no show. We requested a refund and you declined. I have two further trips booked but will cancel on our arrival home due to the Nashville experience. We had two more trips to book but your company has blotted our experiences

Our driver was excellent, however the company itself is sub-standard. First, we were charged an additional $26 USD to change our pickup time when our flight was delayed, no fault of our own. Surely a legitimate limo service would have a fleet of drivers and be able to adjust to our new arrival time. I have never been charge like this for a time change, and I have used dozens of pickup services, all over the world. Secondly, our instructions clearly said to get our luggage and look inside the arrivals area for our driver holding a card with our name on it. Our driver was not given this information, and he was outside in his vehicle, trying to text us. We finally connected with the help of an airport employee. We saw other drivers inside with name cards, but this company does not have limo parking at the airport, making it very difficult for the driver to get inside to greet us (risk getting his car towed).

We waited 30 minutes for our taxi. No one called and announced that the person who was supposed to pick us up couldn't come due to technical problems. We had to call twice. I hope this was a one time occurrence. We have used the company many times in the past with no problems

Totally let down on arrival at Faro airport. We had an evening flight which was delayed. Company tracked delay on flight with no problem. Arrived to severe problems at passport control. Used the emergency number to negotiate an extension of waiting time. Most unhelpful and was left in doubt over an extension of time. No extension! We are 2 ladies in their late 70s and were left stranded at 10.30pm in an unknown place. Thank God for Uber. The return journey however went smoothly. But the driver did a check and he was from a different company.

Booked transfer from Charles de Gaulle airport. Driver was supposed to be waiting at arrivals with my name on a card instead he was nowhere to be seen. I got in contact and he told me to go to some car park. I didn't know where to go and told him I was waiting in arrivals he didn't seem happy he had to come in to meet me. Booked a return taxi from hotel and same thing happened he sent a picture of his car in a car park that I had no idea where it was. I had to ask him to drive around to the front of the hotel . Very bad service especially when it states on the website a driver will be waiting in the airport for you and at your hotel but you end up having to try find them. Definitely wouldn't recommend use another service .

Booked a 12 seater bus so my family could all travel together from the airport but was sent two regular 6 seater cabs (apparently this is allowed in fine print so be aware). Both drivers showed up late at Lagos airport and were not waiting at arrivals where they should be, so we lost another 20 minutes looking for them. One of the two cabs had little to no air con. Each taxi also wanted to paid separately which was another headache to deal with when we arrived. For the return leg we attempted to modify the booking to reduce the numbers. Despite being done in advance of the allowed 24h window I was quoted a price 10 euro higher than for a new booking of the same kind by customer service . When I questioned why they said that that the new quote I could see on their website "was not confirmed" so it was a risk if I cancelled my current one and didn't go with the quote provided by customer service. So either they charged me for changing the booking (which is not allowed) or their website regularly accepts bookings and then hopes to confirm them later. Not sure which is worse.....

Not a great experience with this transfer company. We booked a transfer from Lake Como to Milan 3 days before the trip. Around 30 mins before the car was supposed to arrive, the company contacted me telling me that the driver had a problem with their car and that they would need to send a new one, which delayed us by more than 1 hour, which didn’t work for us. As a workaround solution they suggested we grab a ferry across the lake to catch the taxi from there. That was extremely inconvenient with suitcases and we arrived to Milan 1 hour later than we were supposed to, making timing tight for us to catch a flight later in the day. At least we got to the destination but I do recommend accounting for something like this happening if you use this company in the same area & add a time buffer like we did.

We booked a minivan to take 4 of us including 4 suitcases from JFK Airport to Manhattan and also the return journey back. Upon booking we were informed that we would receive an email 24 hrs prior with details but this did not happen and we had to call them to confirm everything was ok (international number). On arriving at JFK Airport we were contacted by the driver who said he would wait 90 mins after the landing time. We told him that the queue through immigration/passport control was very long. He said he would wait but it would be at an additional cost and we agreed. By the time we collected our bags and got outside we were 10 mins over the 90 min waiting period and we then received a message from the driver saying he had to go and he deleted the message about the additional waiting time cost! We contacted the office, not very helpful, told us they would call us back and they didn't. Driver wouldn't pick up our calls. Very stressful with 2 children in tow. We ended up getting a yellow cab. I asked them for their complaints procedure and got no reply - just got told that we had gone over the 90 mins wait time and to take a local taxi. In contrast the pick up from Manhattan was much better, driver came early and did not rush us at all. Had to give it a 2 start review as the nightmare of the first journey far outweighed the 2nd one and gave us a very unpleasant start to our holiday!

We had a booking and no one showed up to pick us up. I contacted via the Whatsapp emergency number and after my 4 or 5th call someone finally answered and they said they didn't have a pick up. I gave him my info and stated that somehow it got missed. Overall we waited about 40 minutes before someone finally picked up from the Airport. The return trip back was spot on. I'd be cautious about this service as its difficult to reach them as the Free wifi at the airport was very spotty.

We had booked one day before and paid, the day comes and the driver is 20 minutes late, we get in and out our package in but then he says it’s not him who is our driver?! The registration number and name is the same as his worker on whatsapp texted us. Now we wait 5 minutes for another car to pick us up. He was a good driver and we had no issue with him. But this experience was just stressful and confusing counting we also needed to catch a flight.
