“Fantastic service. We arrived on time and our luggage took longer than expected. The driver was very good and communicated and checked in with us. We found the pick up area easily. Highly recommend.”

“Arrived as per the booking and clearly highlighted our booking reference at the airport. Even waited an hour when our baggage was lost and we had to report it.”

“Marie our driver was excellent and felt very safe with her driving . The booking service was also very easy to complete and we were kept well informed . The only improvement I feel they could make is the one hour from landing allowed , as this would not be sufficient if passport hall had been busy. I would suggest it should be longer at this airport or the time should start twenty/ thirty minutes after aircraft lands .”

“Faro to Albufeira (return) - Booking was easy, pick up & deliver was on time, drivers were polite. In the end that is all you really need but.. cars were not as described (although clean they were old), one of our drivers spoke no English. Communication with company was poor - Confirming return trip was difficult as emergency and whatsapp numbers did not work or were not answered. Nor did we receive a return trip email, and no answer to our emails that we sent for communciation. We had specifically mentioned that we had a elderly passenger so pick up and drop off close to the aerport departure doors was a requested. The company ignored this request.”
