“Very satisfied with the service . Arrived on time for pick up from and to the Airport. Units were very clean and was a very good service from both drivers . I highly recommend.”

“WE used the service three times whlist in Tokyo for transfer from, to and detween airports. Each time the service was impecable. I'd recommend to anyone and will be using it again in futre.”

“We ordered a transport from milan to our house there, the driver never came, we needed to pay a lot more for a normal taxi and we never got back the money. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the bad service and can not recommend the company! Be careful and choose another!!! 😡😡😡😡”

“Driver was good and also the car was fine. Communications via What’s app also work out OK. The only issue was meeting at the airport where the driver wanted us to go to a car park rather than meeting at the meeting point in the terminal. We were then waiting in the cold in the car park before he arrived. Otherwise 5 star service.”

The car arrived on time at the pickup location, and the driver was professional and friendly. However, the vehicle was a bit worn out, which is the only reason for deducting half a star. Overall, a reliable service—4.5/5.”
