“Vehicle was not in great nick, and driver was late. Compared to the excellent quality taxis we experienced elsewhere in Norway, this service was a let down, especially when charging a premium for the service.”

“Easy to book, clear and prompt communication with booking company including pick up information & time etc. Our only issue was that our driver was waiting outside the airport (on footpath), not inside where all the other pick-ups were waiting. This created small confusion of pick up location but was resolved with WhatsApp and phone call.”

“The driver texted us to say he was waiting, when we walked out and called him he hadn’t left his home yet and we waited 45 minutes in -5c with 2 children. He kept promising he was on the way. He didn’t answer our second call so we waited kerbside in the freezing cold We ordered a 5 person minivan and a 4 person small Honda SUV arrived. When I questioned this he feigned not speaking English despite having spoken and texted fluently previously. We were 4 people with 8 bags and barely fit in for the 1 hour drive The whole experience was poor”

“I actually don't believe this company deserves a star rating as high as 1, but 0 stars is not an option. We booked this transfer 3 months in advance. The communication and service is the worst I have ever seen. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID - This company will take your money and leave you stranded. We paid £800 for a return transfer from Geneva to our destination, which the company were happy to take but were unwilling to assist when the transfer they arranged didn't arrive. We spent almost 2 hours, late on a Saturday evening at the airport during which time we received no updates as to the location of our transfer. The customer service is non existent. Whilst they provide "emergency" numbers, these are never answered and the whats app option is similarly useless - we received no assurances during the time we were stranded that anyone would be coming to collect us. The company, based in London, couldn't get hold of the transfer driver either and advised us to make alternative arrangements. We had no option other than to pay again for 2 (very expensive) private taxis to take us to our destination. This ruined the start to our holiday, though we put it behind us, expecting that when we approached them for compensation they would of course accept responsibility. However they have tried to wash their hands and suggested that it is our responsibility to seek compensation from the taxi company they arranged for us . A lot of time and energy has already been wasted on this already and we are no closer to being compensated.”

“This is the worst service i have ever had from a transport company. Upon arrival at Geneva airport, our party of 8 people were left stranded because our private transfer didn't turn up. He didn't answer the emergency number or respond to WhatsApp messages either. When we rang the London number, they said that they couldn't get hold of the company, so we should make alternative arrangements. I booked this transfer 3 months in advance. After this debacle, they are now trying to wash their hands of the whole problem and say I should contact the small taxi firm who they contracted to collect us about compensation. The communication and service is the worst I have ever seen. AVOID”
