“We waited for half an hour but the reservated taxi was not there. We took another. After an hour we received a call where we were staying… We tried to contact to prevent payments from our credit card, but could not find an e-mailadress. Where can we get confirmation that there will be no payment and that our return reservation is canceled?”

“The service sucks. We had a problem with our return booking and when we tried to correct it, the person didn't want to hear anything and blocked us on the phone so that we couldn't contact them again. We were billed for 2 taxis which we never took and which never arrived. What's more, the price is much more expensive than an Uber taxi from the airport !!!!!”

“Nous avions réservé un transfert A/R de l’ aéroport de Rome à notre hôtel pour 14 personnes qui devait s’effectuer par un shuttle de 16 passagers. Le 06/02/25, le chauffeur nous attendait à l’heure. Mais nous avons dû marcher plus de 10 mn., avec nos bagages, pour atteindre l’endroit où stationnaient, non pas 1 seul véhicule, mais 2 ! En cours de route, nous nous sommes aperçus d’une erreur dans la date du retour indiquée, le même jour à 19 heures au lieu du 09/ 02/25 à 19 heures. Nous en avons aussitôt averti le chauffeur qui en a pris bonne note. Malgré de nombreux échanges dès notre arrivée à l’hôtel, nous n’avons obtenu ni modification, ni remboursement ! Invoquant des arguties juridiques, on nous a proposé de faire à nos frais, une nouvelle commande !! Ce même jour, 06/02/25, entre 18:45 et 19:15, aucun véhicule ne s’est présenté à la réception de l’hôtel !!! Félicitations à Airports Taxi Transferts et à ses équipes pour un tel sens commercial !!!!”
