“I hope this is for the trip on June 18: i received an email asking for an explanation why i gave rating of “1”, but in fact hadn’t submitted a rating?? The driver today (June 24 return trip) was also rated “5”. I do not intend to respond to additional queries.”

“Driver was not there on arrival. I called the company who said he was parking the car. When driver arrived he said he was at terminal 2. We arrived at Terminal 5. Driver was very professional and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Would use them again.”
