“I used APL to get me from Heathrow to Portsmouth and back again. The booking was easy to complete on line. Communication with both the office and the drivers was fantastic - with each driver getting in touch with me prior to the trip. The drivers were prompt and courteous, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable”

“It is an incredibly difficult task to find handocapped accessible transport from the cruise port to London. APL was able to provide a suitable vehicle so we could be sure that my spouse could get to our hotel and the Driver was professional and extrememly helpful.”

“We used your services 2 times. On Sunday from Port to London and from hotel in London to airport on Monday. Somebody should have advised me that the driver does not come out of his car and that he will call me for sure. I had internet problem which let to search each others for almost 30 minutes. Other than that, everything was very good.”

“Driver rang me a couple of times before he located us. Due to the lack of directions of where to go for pick up he found us. If company had added in the discription to go North meet pick-up it would have been a lot easier. Thank goodness he was so nice. Map was no help at all.”

“The pick ups both to and from the airport were excellent. Both drivers arrived promptly (always important). The drivers were friendly yet professional (always a hard juggle) and the cars comfortable. Booking was easy to do. Would recommend the service”

“Driver had contacted me before I landed giving me his details. I informed him once I cleared immigration and he was waiting for me in arrivals. Very polite and curteous and a nice smooth journey home despite the torrential rain.”
