“Our flight was delayed. We informed APL and was promptly informed that the delay is being tracked for their end. APL assured us that the pickup time would be adjusted to address the delay. We landed late as expected and our driver (Ekrem) reached out to us via messaging. He waited for us to clear immigration and for us to pickup our luggage. We arrived at our hotel per the prescribed travel time. Excellent service and follow through from APL despite the flight delay. Highly recommended airport pickup/transfer service.”

“I have used Airport Pickups on a number of occasions this year and they have been brilliant each time. Clear notifications are sent before pickup and were very accommodating with our luggage and change of address for pick up. Will definitely use them again.”
