“The entire experience with Airport Pickups London was excellent! It was very easy to schedule on short notice, the entire process was highly efficient, precise and uncomplicated. There was clear and timely communication, including notification of a slight change of arrival time. It was not what would be considered a significant change and would not have affected travel, yet it was very considerate to inform me with regular updates - no surprises, which is an excellent way to operate! Most importantly, my driver was exceptionally skilled, responsible AND friendly and engaging, just a lovely person. Five stars are not enough for this service, I fully recommend Airport Pickups London and am grateful for your role in ensuring smooth and safe travel.”

“Despite all the confusion and trying to locate my driver, he was absolutely wonderful and took me to my hotel. We had a most wonderful conversation on the way. I am looking forward to booking Airports Pickups London every time I’m in the city in the future!”

“Our pick up, by Hassan, at southampton airport was on time. The communication was great and we knew exactly where to locate him. As requested our return journey was brought forward by 30 mins. The request was dealt with promptly. As before Hassan was punctual and dropped us back at Southampton airport with plenty of time to spare to catch our flight. All in all APL were a great company to use for these journeys. Communication was great and Hassan did us proud. Thanks. Will certainly use again and recommend to friends who require any form of airport transfer.”

“Excellent. On time, "meet and greet" at airport, polite, helped with bags etc. Would definitely recommend. Company called the day before to confirm booking and contact details. Only thing I would recommend is - Company or Driver could send SMS with driver's mobile number or add Driver mobile number to "Driver Details" on the website. All that is provided is the Company number.”
