“Everything went even better than expected! The driver, Kenan E., arrived much earlier than scheduled and was looking for us neat the designated area! He spotted us quickly and shouted out and waved to get our attention! He was dressed very professionally, very helpful with our luggage, and his car was very nice. His Mercedes was very clean, spacious, and well accommodated the four of us with our 4 luggage, plus one carryon each. He had stocked our area with a small cooler of beverages, and had lotion, tissues and gourmet dark chocolates available. Wow! We felt in very good hands! He drove very well and even rerouted when the traffic was piled up so we could get to Heathrow Airport as timely as possible. Our trip from the Southampton Mayflower Cruise Terminal was excellent! Oh, before I prebioked our transportation, I sent many inquiries to the company via their live chat option, and every question was answered timely and in detail! I also liked that they have many great reviews on review sites such as Google! Their Onstagram page is also very good! Overall, highly recommended and we will definitely use them again! Thanks”

“The supplied driver details did not have his phone number so we could not contact him. He said he was sent to the wrong cruise port. The fellow I contacted in your office was in sales and had very little useful information, but he did look some stuff up and we eventually got the drivers phone. The driver was excellent.”

“Driver was ahead of scheduled time. He made contact to advise he was waiting at usual pickup place. On realising I was coming through domestic arrivals he quickly made his way to that arrival point and met me as I came through. Getting to the vehicle was quick and easy and the drive to Heathrow was quick and pleasant. Overall the driver was excellent, offered a great personal service, as was the whole experience. I cannot speak higher than that. I look forward to my return trip in 3 weeks being equally as good.”
