“Excellent service, we were delayed for a good time as one of our bags was sent elsewhere. When we got out we were met by Hasan who helped us with our luggage and was very friendly and helpful. Lovely service, will definitely use them again.”

“The experience of the pickup from the Cruise terminal in Southhampton to Heathrow airport was not too good on 1 July. On our request from we should be picked up from the Cruise terminal in Southhampton and our cruise ship is PRINCESS. We wait for more than 30 minutes on the cruise terminal. And later we found out that the driver was waiting on the disembarkment side P & O cruise ship of the same cruise terminal. NOT PRONCESS CRUISE SHIP Either the driver did not ask for the name of the cruise ship he should be looking for or Airport pick up forgot to give the driver all the necessary information.”
