“We used their services for a trip to the Southhampton cruise terminal, and then a pick up from the cruise terminal to Heathrow airport. Pre booking was a breeze online and any request or changes were dealt with immediately. The vans that were used were very comfortable and roomy for a party of 5. Drivers were professional and above all, everything went according to plans. It was a stressless beginning and ending for our cruise. Driver can be tracked so one can be assured that they are on their way and estimated arrival time. Drivers called about 15 mins before arrival. I would definitely recommend this car service to meet your needs. Hands down, without hestiation! Also, the cost was much cheaper than using the transfers that the cruise line provided.”

“First time I have used this company, and I was very pleased. We were coming off a cruise ship in Southampton England, so the exact timing for pickup was uncertain. When we got off the ship earlier than expected, we called the company to let them know we were ready for the pickup. They contacted the driver, who had already arrived in the vicinity. He picked us up within about 10 minutes. The driver was very professional. Despite some road construction that created a significant delay, he got us to Gatwick airport in plenty of time. The company's website is better than many others, and the communication was very good. And the price was reasonable and compared favorably to other companies. I will use them again.”

“A specific driver was requested, however request was not fulfilled. The driver that was dispatched was not as familiar with the location and was parked at the wrong entrance to load our luggage. The arrangment of the load of luggage was not proper and the luggage shifted around, slamming back and forth the entire drive, quite the nusiance and annoying! The driver was good from a safety point of view, but not as friendly as our previous driver.”
