“This is the first time I have used a car service for such a long journey, and it all went very smoothly. I had a problem at Heathrow with a delay in our baggage being available, but I was in touch via WhatsApp with the driver, who waited for us (there was an additional waiting charge of £25 as he waited between 45 and 60 minutes, but I was already aware of the additional waiting costs when I booked the car, and as it happens I claimed the cost back from the airline. Our driver was really helpful, friendly, and professional, and it felt like a very safe and relaxed drive from Heathrow for the 100 mile journey home. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable with the way the car was driven. He was an excellent driver. My wife slept for the whole journey home, so she was very comfortable! I would happily use this service again. I'm very impressed with how smooth, easy, and professional, the whole proces was. I chose this company purely based on the previous customer reviews, and it was just as good as other people had described.”
