“In the light of the recent transport strikes in London I was forced to make a taxi reservation from Gatwick to central London at short notice. From the start the attention received was top class. I was able to track my driver before his arrival at the airport and he rang me personally to say he was on his way. Solomon, our driver, was excellent. A really friendly driver who got us to our destination as quickly as humanly possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm or to use them again in the future. Thanks to you all.”

“If get what you paid for: timely pickup, the van was clean and adequate for 4 persons, the driver polite”

“Our driver was exceptional. He rang when we were in baggage collection to check on our progress, greeted us at arrivals and took our bags the short walk to his clean and comfortable car. He was a calm driver and we felt we were in safe hands. Thanks so much!”

“the booking was seamless and they provided good rates compared to other providers; they followed up 24 hours before pickup with details confirmation. Even though the car was big enough for 6 luggage; they charged 10 quids for the 1 extra piece (carry on) which i would have preferred they did not.”

“The driver contacted us just after our flight landed and picked us up promptly once we had collected our luggage. He drove us very carefully without being slow, was happy to speak when spoken to but otherwise left us alone (we were both tired and dozed off for a bit). He was very good with our luggage even though one of our suitcases was particularly heavy.”
