“Fantastic service. My flight was delayed and diverted and I only got to my original collection destinatation 10 hours late and was picked up without fuss and promptly. My flight was tracked by the team and I was informed of the diversion by Airport Pickups London before it was announced on the flight.”

“Arrived on time at terminal 2 but upon arrival baggage carousel broken down which caused a one hour delay. Michael contacted us and was very kind and calm and made us laugh and relax very quickly. Great driver and a spotless vehicle. Would use again”
