“Used APL twice for trip to Southampton from LHR and pickup at cruise port to LHR. Drivers very professional, were there on time and got us to our destinations on time and safely. Will definitely use again. Only issue is with APL Reservation Team sending emails about size of vehicle and wanting me to upgrade to a larger vehicle. I noted the luggage we had and that it all fit in the vehicle to Southampton and in the vehicle at cruise port pickup. I received several emails while on ship night before pickup strongly suggesting a larger vehicle and stating drive may not take us if luggage does not fit. If it fit on the way to the cruise port, I am sure it was going to fit going back to LHR. Plus the request to upgrade was received only hours before car was to pick us up and website states cannot change less than 24 hours prior to pickup. Otherwise, APL is a great service and I was impressed with both drivers and will use again next year when we take another cruise.”

“We used their services for a trip to the Southhampton cruise terminal, and then a pick up from the cruise terminal to Heathrow airport. Pre booking was a breeze online and any request or changes were dealt with immediately. The vans that were used were very comfortable and roomy for a party of 5. Drivers were professional and above all, everything went according to plans. It was a stressless beginning and ending for our cruise. Driver can be tracked so one can be assured that they are on their way and estimated arrival time. Drivers called about 15 mins before arrival. I would definitely recommend this car service to meet your needs. Hands down, without hestiation! Also, the cost was much cheaper than using the transfers that the cruise line provided.”
