“This is the first time I have used a car service for such a long journey, and it all went very smoothly. I had a problem at Heathrow with a delay in our baggage being available, but I was in touch via WhatsApp with the driver, who waited for us (there was an additional waiting charge of £25 as he waited between 45 and 60 minutes, but I was already aware of the additional waiting costs when I booked the car, and as it happens I claimed the cost back from the airline. Our driver was really helpful, friendly, and professional, and it felt like a very safe and relaxed drive from Heathrow for the 100 mile journey home. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable with the way the car was driven. He was an excellent driver. My wife slept for the whole journey home, so she was very comfortable! I would happily use this service again. I'm very impressed with how smooth, easy, and professional, the whole proces was. I chose this company purely based on the previous customer reviews, and it was just as good as other people had described.”

“Was very pleased! Used this service on my arrival in London and had an excellent experience. On my return trip to Heathrow, my driver arrived early and he was extremely pleasant. Car was very clean. Price for service was extremely reasonable. Recommended Airport Pickups to my husband who had a separate flight and he had a similar positive experience. Since we fly to London several times each year, will definitely use Airport Pickups London again!”

“I recently used APL for a collection from Heathrow and drop off to rural Essex with a return journey a week or so later. I booked the entire thing online from New Zealand and cannot recommend this company highly enough. Communication from start to finish was excellent, I was reassured constantly by their professionalism and how easy they are to deal with. It was very helpful that they have many different communication channels including email, phone, whatsapp etc. Both drivers I encountered were well presented, professional, polite and very safe drivers. The vehicles were clean, tidy and again well presented. For both pick up and drop off they were on time and easy to locate. I wouldn’t hesitate to use APL again and recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, hassle free option. Thank you APL!”
