“I had booked a Deluxe 4WD @ 72GBP, but was got sent a Sedan, this wasn't communicated, hence should have cost less. I have been using Airport Pickups since 2014 I guess. The good side of the service was the driver was great, on time and helpful. Good to see a communication on WhatsApp from your end . Thanks”

“Easily booked from the USA. Immediate responses. Ambiguities were clarified. Very reasonable prices. Chauffeur Ken was timely, pleasant, caring, and professional. The van was spotlessly clean, and stocked with drinking, snacks, candy, lotions, etc. The ride was very smooth, comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent service. Excellent chauffeur.
