“The driver contacted me once I had cleared customs and picked me up soon after. It was a smooth ride and he found the place easily. A bit disappointed at the end when he just took my bag out of the boot and left it there even though the door to the apartment was a short distance away. Thought he could have at least asked if I needed assistance seeing as I had an injured arm.”

“Fantastic service. My flight was delayed and diverted and I only got to my original collection destinatation 10 hours late and was picked up without fuss and promptly. My flight was tracked by the team and I was informed of the diversion by Airport Pickups London before it was announced on the flight.”
