“I’ve had nothing but very good experiences either numerous experiences either APL. The driver was right on time and very friendly and attentive. We had a nice chat on the drive from Heathrow to Brighton. Very highly recommended”

“Our flight was delayed. We informed APL and was promptly informed that the delay is being tracked for their end. APL assured us that the pickup time would be adjusted to address the delay. We landed late as expected and our driver (Ekrem) reached out to us via messaging. He waited for us to clear immigration and for us to pickup our luggage. We arrived at our hotel per the prescribed travel time. Excellent service and follow through from APL despite the flight delay. Highly recommended airport pickup/transfer service.”
