“I ordered the Christmas Bauble with the Pegasus on it, and despite it being wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard it arrived with a dent and a split in it. I took some photos of the damaged Bauble and attached them to an email and sent it off. The very next morning I had an email back apologising and explaining that despite all precautions damage could sometimes happen, and that a replacement would be sent. A short time later I received an email stating my package had been dispatched, and three days later it arrived very well protected and in good condition. That is excellent service, thank you very much. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
