So sorry Jade, we had a stock error on this item and didn't have it to send. We did inform you as soon as we knew and refunded straight away, which was not a week to be fair, however we do accept it was not to our usual high standard with the stock error. sincere apologies again

“Good delivery but when box opened which was damaged the inside tray was missing. Affordable baby said they don’t deal with it and to contact Mumas and papas even though not purchased directly from them, still not sorted - looks like a long process but quick enough to take your money”

“I bought a stroller and on the website in description says up to 22 kg, however the manual of the stroller says no more than 15kg. This is misleading information/description about a product. I already used the stroller and only after that I decided to read de manual. Now I cannot return because the product was used.”

Please note your photo of the manual - it is correctly advertised (by manufacturer) that it takes up to 22kg max
