“Have bought as a gift and baby not yet born but recipient delighted with product. Ordering and delivery very good- emails make you feel like a valued customer. Glad that this company do not use EVRI Only slight criticism is that I ticked for invoice to be sent to a different address ( as the item was a gift) but it was included with the delivery”

So sorry Jade, we had a stock error on this item and didn't have it to send. We did inform you as soon as we knew and refunded straight away, which was not a week to be fair, however we do accept it was not to our usual high standard with the stock error. sincere apologies again

“What can I say but wow! What an amazing company. Ordered at 2.30pm and arrived the next morning by DPD. This was loads cheaper than anywhere else I could find, new in the box. Really really happy. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to all.”
