I am still waiting for my boots! I was initially sent the wrong ones which contained the return slip from the last person who didn't want them.

The only good thing about my experience was the clothing was good quality Seeland jacket and trousers at a reduced price. My items were late arriving thanks to the incompetence of DPD the courier company used, they alleged to have attempted delivery twice but failed to send text notifications of delivery time windows or leave a card saying delivery had been attempted. DPD then sent my items back to the shop’s warehouse without attempting to contact me. I emailed and phoned A Farley Country Attire to complain about delivery issues & lack of communication from courier; the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, unhelpful and kept interrupting me during the conversation. She maintained the only way to get them to me on a next day delivery was to use DPD who failed miserably the first time around; I requested to use Parcelforce 24hr which is reliable and provides text notifications of one hour time slots and was told this wasn’t possible as they didn’t have an account with them. I explained to the unpleasant woman that it was possible to request an ad hoc collection on a next day delivery before 12pm and I was happy to pay extra for this service but was advised the best they could do was Royal Mail tracked 24- exasperated and fed up with dealing with the rude customer service woman I eventually agreed as I needed the outfit for the weekend and it had already been delayed a week. The item arrived the following day by Royal Mail but even then the packaging was split; thankfully nothing was lost or damaged as a result. Pleased with quality of items made by Seeland and Dubarry but my God I’ll never shop here again unless I cannot source the items anywhere else. Awful service and failed to listen effectively to customer complaints or suggestions to resolve the issue. Also DPD worst couriers in the business to use, even Evri would have been better as at least my parcel would have arrived in a timely manner even if it was chucked over my garden gate :/ Very disappointed all in all :(

On the whole, this firm is just about ok, but when I ordered a case last November , and asked after a few days whether they couled expedite despatch ( I was going away ) I met with a brick wall. They said they coukd ask thd warehouse ( not that they would ) but it would make no difference ! This time, as well as the items that I had ordered, they also sent an expensive coat ( obviously in error, - I was not charged of course. ) I went to some trouble to send it back. I have confirmed on the DPS site that it has been delivered , but an e mail of thanks and confirmation would not have gone amis. I would have said nothing , but if you don't want the honest truth, don't solicit a review.

Ordered two items for Christmas on 10th December. Despite customer services assuring me on three occasions that the items would be received by Christmas, they didn’t. One item was received after Christmas and one item never arrived at all. I was never contacted about the missing item. I had to call customer services yet again to request a refund. Very poor service wouldn’t use the A Farley again.

My order was incorrect and bag ripped on arrival, half of it did not arrive. Struggled to get in touch initially, when I did I received excellent customer support. I am hopeful all will now be resolved.

Terrible experience. Ordered a product where they say it’s in stock. Had to chase delivery as no correspondence from them. When I chased them the product was out of stock and had to settle for something different. Disappointed. Try somewhere different.

Pretty poor overall - despite my order being promised for delivery in 5-7 business days it took over two weeks for the order to actually ship. When it finally arrived it was incomplete which took another week or so to sort out. All in all 3+weeks (and 2 shipping and customs charges) for a few pairs of jeans. In hindsight should have ordered straight from the manufacturers site.

I was very disappointed to receive my item screwed up in a delivery bag with no internal packaging, labels or tags making it look like a second hand item. This meant I didn’t want to give it as a Christmas gift because it looked like something that had arrived from Vinted or EBay! Unfortunately had to return the item at my inconvenience and couldn’t be promised a replacement in better condition!

Sorry to say but disappointed with the trousers. First it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered inside leg 31 inch. But they arrive with a regular leg which was 32 inch. So i had too get them shorter by an inch.

Ordered some work boots for son in law - 3-5 day delivery. Chased them numerous times and then found out they hadn't got them in stock and had to wait for them to receive before posting out. No communication - very disappointed
