Ordered belt recently and it arrived in poor condition. Emailed to ask about this but have not received any response as of yet. The quality of it is good, so would have liked a replacement. Hopefully will hear back soon

I Ordered for next working day which would have been Tuesday 21st which was ok as it was my wifes christmas present .you emailed me to say that there would be a delay as the number of orders was excessive causing a delay .As it was Christmas i would have thought you would have anticipated this or taken down the next working day quote.I emailed you back requesting you get the boots to me by the Wednesday evening as we were going away and you did not have courtesy to respond to me.The boots arrived on Thursday morning which for me was too late for Christmas .The order was only placed with you because you stated next working day.

Good afternoon Richard, Thank you for your email. I can see our customer service manager has since been in contact to advise you of the issues we had over the Christmas period with Covid. Unforunetly due to the business being hit by covid the majority of our staff were at home isolating, for this reason, the remaining staff we did have were in the warehouse trying to get orders out as quickly as possible but sadly we could not meet the demands of free next day delivery service and our emails became backlogged. Delivery took longer than expected although it did arrive in time for Christmas. Tried to phone to enquire about status but recorded message said phone lines had been taken down due to staff shortages. Therefore, sent several emails but no reply received. Item did arrive just before Christmas but would have expected a reply to emails and apology. Additionally, there was no email to inform me item had been shipped. Communication not good. Rather disappointing overall.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for placing an order with A Farley. Your order was on the 6 working day delivery timeframe and I can see you have received your order within the advised timeframe. Unforunetly our business was hit by covid in December and the majority of the customer service team were at home isolating. The staff we did have in were busy in the warehouse getting orders out in time for Christmas. For this reason, our phone lines were off (advised on the website) and our emails became backlogged. We also sent you a dispatch email, this could have gone into your junk box, followed by a text message advising your order has been sent. Kind regards A Farley Country Attire

Disorganised, late delivery and they did not answer the phone properly. Generally not a good experience, Not going to by anything there again.

I placed the order in early November and emailed to check on the status on November 21st. It was not shipped until I called, and then an order date of November 21st was shown. I'm not sure that it would have been shipped if I hadn't called. I have not received the item yet, and it has been one month since I ordered it.

Had to pay for return £5.99 even though the boot didn't fit .They have been returned still waiting for a refund over 7 days later even though I have had a message 4 days ago about being received still waiting for payment.Will never buy from here again!!!!!!!!!!s

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as advertised on our website we do not offer a free returns service. We advise on our website that refunds can take up to 14 days to show back into your account from the date we received the return back. The range of clothes is great along with fast delivery. One disappointment would be the time it takes to get a refund? having returned part of my order due to size 2 weeks later I'm still waiting? in this modern age having to wait so long is poor. if I made my customers in my business wait this long they would not come back to me in the future. having asked for the refund via email I was advised it would happen but still no money? Disappointing.

I ordered a pair of le Chameau boots in September which unfortunately developed an issue after a short period of time. The return process was easy however I was told that a replacement pair would be with me in 10 days but then subsequently told they went out of stock. Two months later I managed to order another pair through the website but then got a call again to say they were actually out of stock. I asked for an immediate refund and expressed my disappointment. Ten minutes later I received another call to say they had found a pair in store and would send them to me. All the staff I spoke to were very professional and pleasant - just let down by the process of stock control!

I made 4 purchases this year from Farley Attire,first 2 went well,within few days I received them,the last 2 purchases went sideways,after few emails and waiting for 4 weeks they said they are waiting for stock,the last one it’s even worse they don’t answer emails promptly and when they do it’s standard form they use saying it takes 25 days to process cut off time is 2 pm.I still haven’t received the order,needless to say I won’t be purchasing any more from them.

Seem to be charged double for vat both in UK on ordering and Ireland before delivery and customer agent had zero interest in addressing this

Due to Brexit, deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. You may require to pay additional charges for customs clearance. It took nearly a month for the Blazer to arrive, it was not until i emailed customer service, before the blazer arrive, and it was the incorrect blazer, the blazer i ordered was HARRIS TWEED Jacket - Mens Stranrear - Navy Herringbone, the blazer that arrive was not the blazer ordered. If they did not have the blazer in stock i should have been notified.

After a long wait the delivery arrived. Payment taken on order way before dispatch, not good. Order was made 14 October and delivery made 11 November.

As A Farley is an online sales company I find it unacceptable that Returns for wrong size or faults are at the customer's expense and that exchanges are not offered. Descriptions of sizing do not make it clear that the Barbour Wray gilet comes up small. Luckily my daughter-in-law is smaller than me so the Size 12 fits her - still snuggly - despite her being a 10. These are expensive items of clothing so to pay for a replacement before getting the refund on the returned item is just not feasible when working to a budget. I won't be shopping here again.

Good afternoon Ben, Following our telephone conversation we are sorry to hear you have had issues with your delivery from DPD. We can confirm the parcel was dispatched from ourselves to on 29th October on an express delivery service to be with you within the time frame. As DPD have not been able to deliver they have returned the parcel to ourselves and as discussed with one of my colleagues we will dispatch the item again on an express next working day delivery service as soon as the parcel is in the building, to be with you ASAP. Why do you take payment 2 weeks before goods received? Why do you not answer emails? Why when you have agreed to send me a pre-paid for label to return my order did you not include it with my goods? When I spoke to you why did you expect me to travel at least 3.5 miles there and back to take my return to a DPD collection point? Why couldn't the Post Office find your name at the address you gave for my return of the goods. Will you keep your promise to refund cost of goods PLUS postage? I will wait with baited breath!

Well all was well until when a week after placing the order for boots I had not had any communication and as my wife's birthday was only a week away I was starting to get concerned. So I sent an e mail asking for an estimate of delivery and got no reply. So the next day I sent another e mail and this time got a response saying I had been sent an e mail to which I had not replied the day after I placed the order saying the item was out of stock in the shop, and the warehouse had said they were awaiting delivery. It went on to say the estimate was another 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and I could have a refund if I wished. I have never received this first e mail! I therefore wrote back saying I required an immediate refund as I now had to find something else for my wife's birthday which was now just 5 days away. I then placed an order elsewhere for boots which I was able to collect the next day. My Farley order then arrived the day after that!! So I have now given my wife 2 pairs of boots so this saga has worked out well for her, not so well for me!

Very worried when I hadn’t received my boots within 3 to 5 days as agreed. Didn’t get any updates until I emailed to chase my order,and then was told they were just about to be dispatched . Recommend you keep customers updated if there is a supply problem. Very pleased when my boots eventually arrived.
