Excellent service, product quality and price. Unlike my first transaction that proved difficult to get delivered and then in the wrong size. This was a better experience all round.

Very good service even though a n item was out of stock. The situation was explained clearly and the new delivery was made on time. The goods were exactly as expected at an excellent price.

Brilliant customer service. Unfortunately the goods Ireceived were faulty, however after a phone call to advise them my problem was sorted out promptly and with no quibble. They arrange collection/delivery of new items. I was really impressed and will definitely use again.

I bought a Barbour Northumbria jacket from A Farley. First thing to say is that it was an excellent price for a standard product - so if that’s what you are looking for then all good. A couple of criticisms though. Firstly the product was ‘in stock’ but took quite a while to be shipped. No explanation for that. When it arrived it was in a plastic bag-type package. The bag was torn so the jacket was exposed. That wouldn’t have been too bad had the jacket been in it’s clear plastic bag from Barbour. It wasn’t - that was in the pocket of the coat. Minor points perhaps but easy to put right and would have avoided a potential issue with the jacket on arrival. So would I recommend? Yes, just. But a little more attention to detail and effort and that would have been a definite yes. Hopefully they will read this and put that right.

Your products and service are satisfactory BUT your letterhead and product brochure still reflect your address in Cupar and not your current address in Strathmiglo. This caused me to make an abortive journey to Cupar one Sunday morning where I found a very shut-up building and no information as to you new whereabouts. I e-mailed you and got a response but a later mail-shot still reflected your former address.

I regret I have just returned the shoes. It is difficult to buy a new pair on line that are not identical with a pair already purchased.

Had to return Le Chameau wellies due to poor fit for me. However , wellies were lovely Had to pay for return which Le Chameau doesn't ( they didn't have colour I wanted)

This would have been a 5 star review but for the fact that they take ages to refund on returns, easily 2-3 weeks which is completely unacceptable. I'm currently waiting for a refund of approx £500 on something that was received back by them on 8th November. It puts me off ordering sadly. It's such a pity as the service is great, they use DPD as their carrier (the best in my opinion) and they have a wide range of fabulous products at good prices.

I went to another supplier first. They were so rude and unprofessional that I went elsewhere. Farley Country A tire did everything I asked and sent a quality product in a timely fashion.

Products are good, customer service is good I just feel I've had some bad luck. When ordered they had lost my order in the shipping department, if I hadn't chased it, it would still not be here. I sent a email to chase and still waiting on response, only had luck in phoning them. I have also asked twice for a VAT invoice to be emailed and that still hasn't arrived yet either. Invoices should automatically be sent by email or sent with the item and shouldn't have to be classed.
