First trouser not got delivered or any advice, second order of lovely Barbour shirt delivered very quickly but still no communication on first order??? If delivered soon and as good a shirt would be a five star.

After my order on 27th July, I heard nothing and had to ring up to find out when delivery was, then delivery driver said no one was in. Not good. Michael L Holland

I have ordered 2 items from you recently. These were my first orders with your company. I live in Jersey in the Channel Islands. I was supposed to receive my first item within 4 working days but it took 13 days and I had to phone up to confirm that it had been sent as I had received no dispatch confirmation. I have received no dispatch notification for the second item but plenty of other emails from the company. I ordered my second item on 23rd July and it still hasn’t arrived. I have paid £14.95 for premium delivery on both occasions (no other option) so I am not very impressed. The first item and the price were fine but I object to paying for premium delivery which is already extortionate and not receiving my order promptly.

My order took longer than expected to be delivered and when it did there was an item missing which I had to email to remind them about.

Ordered a RM Williams cap and was informed 3 - 5 days delivery. Hadn't arrived after a week so phoned to check to be told it was just about to be dispatched. Quality of item and packaging brilliant but slow delivery compared to other retailers I've used to purchase similar items.

While I am happy with the pricing and prompt delivery by DHL as per my specific request, I am not very Satisfied with the dispatch time,which was about 10 days after my order.Also ,my two emails enquiring about the status of my order were not replied to, which is very disappointing.

Sometimes, dispatch can take a little bit longer than usual, due to on some occasions waiting for the restocking delivery of an item to come in from the manufacturer. On these occasions, when the item is dispatched it is placed on an express delivery service so it is still with the customer within the advised time frame. We can see our customer service supervisor Emmie had also been in touch in response to you emails and apologise if you never received them. On some occasions our email tend to go into peoples junk/spam folder which unfortunately is something we do not have any control over. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Fast and efficient service, but the packing for the hat could have been better as the rim was creased a piece of corrugated card would have prevented it from being damaged, simple!

Bought a wax coat for my cockerpoo in a medium . In my opinion it's tiny would not fit a jack Russell never mind my cockerpoo . Very disappointed 😞

Shoes fab. Delivery not great sadly. After a week I called to ask about my order and was told that the shoes weren’t in stock. Eventually got them after two and a bit weeks. Bit naughty really.

Unfortunately both items were longer delivery than expected. I had to chase to find out this information. Admittedly it was the supplier issue but a quick email to let me know would be nice. Unfortunately the boots didn't fit....si I returned them, the refund is taking forever! Thankfully the jeans fit and I love them!!

Boots were fine. I ordered on a Thursday in time for next day deliverey. Tracking showed they would not be delivered on the Friday. I called A Farley and was told they would be delivered on Saturday. This didn't happen either and they finally arrived on Monday. I needed to be at home for the delivery, so wasted time being given inaccurate information.

This is the second order I have placed with you for the same jean.The first pairs were very much darker than in the second order. I have put older darker on left of picture.The new pair is on the right and you can clearly see the difference.Both pairs have identical manufacturers numbers and labels. Im not happy with the time it took for the order to arrive either. Please can you e mail me with an explination number and what options there are?.Can you tell me whatve mail address i can send photo to?. Regards John
