Initially I was impressed by the service. I wanted a william lockie jersey as I know the good quality of the product. I live in france and can't find them here. The package arrived very quickly but I had to pay 37 euros customs and ups costs. The jersey was too small so I sent it back. A further 20 euros. So far 57 euros spent on a jersey costing 90gbp. So far no offer of assistance. One other point, I intially I asked what size equates to xl jersey I bought in the william lockie shop in hawick. I was told that the sizes were shown on there site. Not so. The only thing I saw was a chart in inches. Not much help for people in Europe. Who deals in inches any more. As we all know how to convert these measurements. When it comes to clothing it never works. All in all, if you live in Europe do not buy from this company. I've lost 50 euros and have nothing to show for it. Not happy at all.

Unfortunately, when shipping outside of the UK we do not have any control over custom charges, nor can we advise of this prior to a order being shipped. This is controlled by your local government and is unfortunately out of our hands. If an item is not correct, we also do not have any control of the return costs to return an item. Unforunetly the size guide provided by William Lockie themselves is in inches, and therefore this is how we convey the sizing to our customers. As outlined on our website, any deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the Parcel will be released for delivery. You may require to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. I placed an order 10 days ago with express delivery to reach me within 5 working days. I still dont have my order. According to tracking its still in transit.

Avoid. First, order confirmation said: "we're getting your order ready to be shipped". No they weren't. Wasn't shipped until 8 days later. Second, returned order which per tracking was received 14 days ago and yet still no refund.

We have had a look into your order and can see your order was on the 5 - 7 working day time frame. We have tracked this with DPD and can see your order was received on the 7th working day. We advise returns can take up to 14 working days. We have tracked your return which was received on 10th November which makes November 30th the last working day for the return to be received back into your account. However on this occasion we have fast tracked this for you and you would have received an email notification of this. I hope this helps. Ordered a polo belt as a present. Belt arrived and on inspection found the leather was cracked. Contacted Farley twice by email but no reply. So far very unimpressed.

Parcel arrived from DPD ripped open with the chinos unprotected inside. As a result they are marked. Separate complaint submitted to DPD. Still waiting for call back and separate reply from A Farley Attire. Very disappointed. First time I have had this experience. Highly recommend that A Farley adopt same practice as competitors and pack goods in a protective inte4nal bag, or box. Not sure if I'll buy again from A Farley Attire.

However, we can see our customer service team leader Emmie has been in contact with you today and arranged for a replacement to be sent and also a pre-paid returns label to be issued to return the marked pair to us. My order was incorrectly sized by the manufacturer and the DPD driver threw my parcel out of his window 200yards from my house. He posted a ‘black’ photo to prove safe delivery, but a neighbour saw the parcel and hand-delivered it to me. Not happy with either event. Farley processed my refund efficiently.

I paid extra for a 6 business day delivery and my boots still haven’t arrived. It’s now day 11. I’ve tried emailing customer services and haven’t had a response apart from an invitation to write a review. So here it is.

La livraison ne correspond pas à la commande. Je commande 44,5 et Les chaussures sont de pointure 42 livrées dans une boîte 44,5 . J ai payé 17euros de frais de taxes pour ça ??? J espère être vite dédommagé et recevoir la bonne pointure dans la bonne boîte . Isnt it? Kindly regards

Order still not received. Was told it would be delivered between 5 to 7 days. Then when I asked where order was. They said it was out of stock. Now item says delivered. But as on cheaking the order is now on way back to u.

Having looked into your order we can see you were advised there would be a slight delay as we were awaiting a restocking delivery. As soon as the restocking delivery arrived your order was dispatched on an express next working day delivery, but for some reason DPD then returned the parcel to us, and it arrived back in the building today. As advised by our customer service advisor Emmie, your order was sent straight back out on a next working day delivery service to be with you tomorrow. I ordered some boots back at the end of August. Quite soon afterwards you wrote to me to say that they were out of stock and would take 3 or 4 weeks to arrive. At the time you gave me the opportunity to cancel my order which I did asking for a refund. I did not hear anything back so emailed again, in fact, I have emailed 3 times using different addresses, I have tried to call but no one answers. Finally, I contacted my bank and have asked them to get involved . Even this week when you told me the boots would be delivered I emailed again and still no one replied. Now I have a pair of boots I don't want and need to return them to get a refund. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will never buy from you again and will not recommend you to anyone I know. Chris Bouttle

I bought a pair of Ariat clog shoes, took two weeks to arrive, They were faulty, I had to print off a returns label, drive to a post office and send them back.. Farley's then sent me another pair, took a while to arrive, had exact same fault so I had to repeat same returns procedure and wait weeks for refund. Sorry won't be shopping with Farley's again.

Boots took 10 days to arrive despite stating I could get them next day delivery. I get the impression they don’t have a lot of stock and just order certain stock as orders come in. Also had to pay to return the boots as they don’t do prepaid returns. And still waiting for my refund.

I ordered a pair of boots with a faulty buckle and I was told the popper did not do up. I’m fact the popper didn’t undo so the zip could not be used. I then had to pay to return them which I was not happy about. I won’t be ordering from you again.

It's three and a half weeks since I ordered and still haven't received it. Called them after one week and had to wait 30 minutes before getting through. They ensured it would be shipped right away. It didn't happen. It took another week before it was shipped. Then they provided me with a tracking number that didn't work. At least they could have refunded the shipping cost or sent it express. They only answer every third e-mail. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Will never ever order from them again. Stay clear!

Parcelforce have advised us they are awaiting custom clearance. I purchased a pair of RM Williams boots. Despite the boots showing “in stock” and receiving advice that I would receive the boots within 6 days I heard nothing until I called up on day 7. I was then told A Farley was waiting for the boots to “come in”. The boots were dispatched with Next Day service and received on Day 10. A simple, honest communication at the start of the order process could have prevented such a negative shopping experience with A Farley. I also don’t understand why telephone enquiries can’t be handled on the weekend.
