“The shoes we ordered were beautiful, however they were slightly too big and i had to return them. I contacted customer service to enquire about an exchange and was told that they do not provide this service and i would have to return them and get a refund. I then asked how to do this as i couldnt find the returns section on the site...no response!! I then used the AI chat service to ask the same question again no response. Although the shoes are beautiful, for the money being paid, I would have expected the customer service to be of a high standard. I am now in the process of returning the items but still do not know when i will receive the refund in order to repurchase in the correct size”

“Wanted two pairs of shoes with money of the first pair and discount of second l received the first pair had to ring them about other pair said they were out of stock.money was refunded .but when l looked on website l could still order the out of stock shoes a take on there was no way l was getting the second pair at the discount price to me the decent thing would be when they come in we will send you the second pair but it has been a scam all along”

“I have been a loyal customer of Farley Country Attire, and with good reason. Over the years I have purchased four pairs of boots and a pair of shoes from them, And every single pair has been fantastic. The quality is second to none and they always exceeded my expectations. Most recently my order was delayed as they awaited fresh stock. Not only did Farley keep me informed every step of the way, but they also included a complimentary protective shoe cream as a goodwill gesture. When the order arrived this level of attentive, considerate service is rare to find. Farley Country Attire, truly sets the standard in quality and customer care. “I purchased a pair of boots and a few days later was contacted by customer service who informed me that they were not in stock but they could get them from the warehouse. This could take 2-4 weeks in total and I was kindly offered a refund. I waited for the boots and they are fabulous and great customer service by the team to keep me updated and a gesture of goodwill to. Would recommend in future”
