Clothing is first class but had to wait quite a while for delivery which would have merited only four stars. Jena was a model of excellent customer service and she deserves five stars for her commitment and communication skills following on from our shoes being returned. Nevertheless we will shop with A Farley again if only for quality clothing and supreme customer service. Delivery service needs attention, two weeks is too long to wait.

I recently purchased a Harkila Bino Chest Rig from A Farley Country Attire, and I must say, the experience was excellent. The product arrived exactly as expected, promptly and well-packaged, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend A Farley Country Attire for their reliability and the quality of their products. The Meyer shorts I purchased for a holiday arrived 4 days late, but were still delivered to the wrong address which I eventually located. No apology/compensation recieved. Terrible service.

Having looked into your order we can see you missed your house name off your shipping address when you placed the order, which is what caused the issue with DPD delivering to the wrong address and also caused the delay while the order was in shipping. Recently purchased some Ariat walking boots … they are fabulous, comfy, look stylish… took them for a trudge in the Yorkshire Dales for a 6 hour hike and they felt amazing. Great customer service too… Will definitely be purchasing from you again… I’m a very happy customer

Belt was very nice once I received it, however your dispatch and delivery is one of the slowest I’ve ever known, from ordering the belt to receiving it was 10 days, pretty disappointing really and will not order again as other companies are much quicker.

Love the boots there so comfy, and look really well, as a dog trainer I need comfort and these really are right from the second I put them on. Very pleased

Not really a good experience. I ordered a satin silk self tie bow tie, but I received a 100% polyester tie, without notification. I called and was told it was a mistake, but they had no silk ties in stock. I was offered a discount to keep the polyester tie and offered a full refund if the tie was returned. Due to time constraints I had to order from another seller, but will return the polyester tie to A Farley.

Delay in delivery so clearly they acquire stock after taking orders. I purchased some Meyer trousers which usually come in a Meyer box but from Farley came simply in a grey plastic delivery bad without any delivery note, nit even their own plastic bag . So one has to wonder how Farley source the merchandise and are they in fact seconds.

Delighted with my hat purchase. Sadly one item didn’t fit Handled my return very well. Will use them again. Only down side had to pay £9.95 to return my item. Would be nice to have free returns.
