The product I received was really nice, however the box my wellies came in was battered and looked like it had already been used, other than this the product was amazing and it came with a freebie aswell, which was a lovely touch

I purchased a pair of chameau boots for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately they were to big so I needed to return them for a smaller size. I thought that this would be simpler process Return the boots and then once Farley Country Attire had received them they would forward the correct size. Unfortunately this is not what happened. The boots were returned and I now have to wait for my money back in order to replace my order. This has now been 7 working days since the boots were received into Farley and I still do not have my money back I so want to purchase the right size for my husband and this is taking so long

Ordered pair of boots that said they was in stock and got a email 3 days later saying they was not in stock took over a week to arrive

Excellent item, but Farley's claim to provide fast delivery turns out not to be true. In comparison with my experiences with almost any other on-line business, they are far too leisurely, and answers to telephone enquiries about the status of the order are verging on the dishonest. The first 2 phone calls were met with the '9 working days' rule. It was only on the 3rd inquiry that the truth came out, namely that the warehouse was out of stock and delivery from Germany was to be awaited. The eventual transfer into the hands of the courier was over 7 days after money had been transferred into Farley's bank account. Very nice for them, but extremely irritating to the customer. Money should be transferred only when the item is dispatched.

Good product at a good price however I thought the delivery time stated was delivery next day, a bit misleading in my opinion.

Delivery time not great although it was Easter, purchase was for cleaning materials so I’m pleased that the bottles are metal as noticeable dents in items.

Beware if you have to return anything .. it’s at your expanse .. if you want to use DPD there is another charge. Ordered Cameau wellies for my wife in her usual size. She could t get her foot into them .. found them very narrow .Aigle wellies in the same size fit perfectly

Postage for returning goods isn’t free. It cost me nearly £9 to return a pair of trousers, therefore I will be reluctant to place further orders online. The return process is fairly straightforward but if you don’t have access to a printer to print the return label then it is more complicated.

I am pleased with the trousers but delivery was late and when delivered was said handed to H. There is no H here. It was left by an dusbin with no note. I was in but the driver did not knock or ring. Also the money was taken days before despatch.

The product I purchased was fantastic. The downside was no communication from A Farley to say the order had been received. I had to put a call in 4 days after placing the order

Product arrived safely on-time, was what I had ordered, is of good quality if expensive. The downside? The number of emails you send on a regular basis. In your case less would be better and I will probably unsubscribe - reluctantly - in order to unclutter my inbox..

Product was great and had no problem with the online ordering however DPD delivery was a absolute nightmare, 4 different lots of information regarding delivery and then package wasn’t at post office when I was told it would be , put me off if I’m honest
