“Despite having to wait six weeks beyond the promised delivery date for the jacket, the quality of the product and the fit were perfect. I was particularly grateful to Gracie who sorted out the delivery delay issue and kept me at all times informed. TC”

“I'm a huge fan of A Farley, and have been a customer for a while now. I love their loyalty points scheme, but I wish the free delivery didn't take so long - 6 working days is a long time these days. I appreciate you can pay for quicker delivery but as it's still next day once its sent, it seems like by not paying, effectively the order is ignored for a week. It's the only thing that lets down the service in my opinion, especially as I'm unlikely to buy things I need relatively quickly.”

“I have been happy wit h my purchases. However the last two were due for delivery and the email from dad stated they would leave the packages and take a photo of the delivery in. The event they were not left and were handed into Lifestyle shop in Tring for collection. I have collected them but am not satisfied that the delivery agent did not take the action they indicated in the email.”

“Good company to deal with fast ordering and delivery, unfortunately the products ordered I had to return as they didn't fit and currently awaiting a refund, I would order from them again and they do have a wide choice of things available”

“The riding boots ordered for my granddaughter took several weeks to arrive. Due to supply issues. When they arrived they were perfect ! And my granddaughter loves them! She even wore them around the house for several hours!”

“Would definitely order from A Farley again it was just a shame that the item I ordered didn’t show up as out of stock at the time of ordering, it was only when I received a phone call to let me know - luckily it didn’t take long for them ti re-order. Mildly happy 🙂”

“Ordered a pair of mens Ariat country boots, that showed as being in stock and available for next day delivery. After 6 days contacted customer services (who responded promptly ) ,and was told they were awaiting stock, due in 2 days. Next day I got an email to say they had been despatched. Arrived next day. It would have been nice to have received some notification to say they were out of stock without me having to chase, and for website to correctly reflect availability”
