“Love the quality and style of Farley clothing had a couple of issues with items not in stock after I had order them but things were resolved easily today I order a lovely pair of Bruhl shorts rang up first to make sure they were in stock couldn't have been more helpful they arrive tomorrow well done will use Farley's again.”

“The shoes I ordered were Barkers and quite expensive when they arrived there was a small mark on one of the shoes , unfortunately as I needed the shoes as a gift for the following week , I kept them but feel a little disappointed 😔”

“Got wrong size by mistake. So good I was tempted to keep! Have returned and ordered correct size. Can't wait to receive them! X. Just disappointed that I had to pay for a return as there is no DPD outlet near me. Maybe you should offer free returns wherever they're from?”

“Their products are always good but if they are out of stock after you have purchased something online and you miss their calls to either arrange for a refund or to change the order trying to make contact with them over the phone is a very slow process.”

“My order was accepted and I heard nothing for 6 days. I called and was told it was out of stock and I had been sent an Email telling me this and it would be delivered the following week when the new stock arrived. I never received any E mail. To be fair I did receive the order the following week but the communication could have been better.”

“Shoes took a week for delivery which was a bit annoying as showing in stock and paid for next day delivery as it was a present. Farleys got in contact to say that there would be a delay, so good communication. Have ordered from them again.”

“I would have given 5 stars but your delivery service is awful in this case DPD , my boots took ages to arrive and then I had to pick them up at their depot which is time and money , I have a full time house keeper how can I miss a delivery .Awful service”
