Made an online order placed on May 13th, 2023. Received order confirmation, "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status". After waiting the company Delivery Within 15 Working Days, I got worried and sent first email enquiry on June 6th, with no response. Then again on June 8th, July 12th, July 13th twice! Again July 17th to Customer Care and one to Customer Support. Still no correspondence regarding delay in shipment. After seventh enquiry for ORDER #112798, I again posted a similar response to A Farley Country Attire to their Facebook page and Instagram account. Only then did I see any results when shipment was booked FedEx Economy on July 18th. Package delivered on July 24th crushed and broken from poor boxing and tape wrapping. Still have not received an apology or any correspondence for 2 1/2 month long delay.

A very disappointing company. Takes ages to get items (despite the website saying it is next day delivery), ages to get a refund out of them and their website is 'unstable' (during the time you are on it it can reset to a default setting, so unwittingly you can end up ordering the wrong thing)

Difficult to communicate with, long wait on the phone. Chased the order several times and was told not to expect it as was on 6 working then found it was held as one item was unavailable and they were waiting for a reply to an email which supposedly had been sent to me however I had not received it.

I ordered a pair of Meyer Chinos; £100. They arrived wrongly folded and squashed flat and very badly creased. A manager was reported as saying that there is no fault in the trousers. I have supplied a photo but have received no acknowledgement that anything is being done about my complaint. These trousers are unwearable in this condition and should never have been sent out.

I live in Hampshire. It took one month for my small simple order to be fulfilled. I ordered a pair of shoes and a dog toy. The dog toy was not advertised as out of stock. The shoes were not sent out because the dog toy was not avaliable. When i began to chase this the shoes were sent. The shoes were X display and in a damaged box i agreed to this to get the shoes i wanted but did still pay full price. This was more than two weeks from order. The dog toy arrived two weeks later. This toy was ordered for my dog Echo in good time ready for his second birthday. The toy was late and we were all disappointed to not give him this gift during his birthday celebration. I would not use this company again.

Disappointed! Ordered blue/red Dubarry deckshoes. A pair of brown (rum) arrived instead (late)! Emails not answered. Have to pay £7.95 to return. Their return T& states £5.99!

Dreadful customer service! Firstly told that I needed to send back my return via DPD. Then told this doesn’t work for N. Ireland. Complained and asked for a call back from a Manager which never happened. Lovely product portfolio but frightful customer service. Stephen Portstewart

I recently made an order. After a reasonable amount of time, the order never shipped and I made multiple attempts to contact you. After getting no reply, I called my credit card company to get the charge reversed. I notified your company of this, and to let you know to cancel the order. Only then did I get a response that the order had already shipped! I had to pay to return it by post.

Thank you for your review. We can see you rejected your order due as you did not want to pay customs which is a requirement of your shipping location. For this reason you could not receive your order as duty taxes were not paid and therefore your order returned via the courier company. Kind regards, A Farley Country Attire

I ordered an item for express delivery, heard nothing from them for 2 weeks despite sending 3 emails! Item eventually turned up but still no contact from the company. Will not be using again.

I contacted customer services and yet to receive a reply. The order was a gift and the packaging looks like it's been kicked around the warehouse. Whilst to shoes are fine, the customer service lacks.

Needed to return goods so purchased an online DPD voucher which has never been sent. Called twice but the queue doesn't go down. Sent an email which was not responded to. So so bad service

Recently purchased a pair of ARIAT Savannah boots, unfortunately they will be going back as they do not fit. I could not get my feet into the boots as the opening where the zip is too narrow for my feet to slide in. Disappointed

Very poor customer service definitely not next day delivery and when items not in stock so you pay for a more expensive item still takes even longer to get the item 🙈Harkila stuff is amazing and could sell itself the service you give maybe A Farley should stick to the cheaper brands !!!!! Where service is not so important

Unfortunately I have not received the boots yet as DHL could not be bothered to look for my address which has been here for 70 years and we have lived here 36 years they just sent them back to yourselves !!
