I paid postage to receive a shirt and postage again to return. I would have liked to try another size but with yet more postage and the possibility of a return this is getting silly !

Good selection of menswear but accepting orders when product not actually in stock is annoying ,I do understand this may happen occasionally but not informing customers is poor customer service ,this has happened twice to me in about 5 orders .

Unfortunately, the item i selected was not suitable wrong size and cut BUT it was the return policy which is wrong you made it very difficult By not including a returns label and charging for its issue in a very obscure way Other companies are much more helpful Regards John

Our customer service manager Holly has tried to get in contact with you regarding the difficulties you have had with your order but could get hold of you. Unfortunately we do not provide free returns which is outlined on our website, which explains why a returns label is not included in with the order. We do however provide a returns service for £7.95 which can be purchased on our website. We are always happy to help with our customer service advisors available to contact Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with any difficulties you may have. I placed an order at the end of January with promised delivery within 15 working days. I received no updates on shipping and every time I went onto the website, it pointed me to my order saying it was waiting to be fulfilled - the chat option was of ZERO help - again, just referred me to my order. Eventually on March 1, told the chat that I was going to cancel as I assumed that was the only way to get attention and send a note to sales. A sales person (Emmie) immediately emailed me and was able to get my order shipped - she is terrific, but whoever was answering me on chat was useless.

Ordered boots to the value of £400 and the box they came in ( a box which was very well made and probably made to store the boots for life) was completely useless as the one corner had a 6 inch rip… very disappointing

Great Barker Boots and a good price. Quick service and kept informed. Didn't come with shoe protector bags and the shoe box was held together with tape. Also, never mentioned the extra €70 import tax due before delivery.

Always liked the jeans I bought, have several pairs. The main problem was the delivery time 7 days and almost in the evening of the 7th day. Could have used the local men's shop if I had known. Will not use you again.

Not what to say the shirt turned up but was so small I gave it to my son. Have ordered a replacement and will review that on receipt.

As always, the clothing supplied by A Farley Country Attire is first class. When ordering, I was offered ‘free’ next working day delivery - but my goods (order value in excess of £200) took five working days. In this day and age, five working days is just not acceptable. I will try again because of the top quality of the clothing A Farley supply (I wear Franco Ponti). However, if I am made to wait such a long time again my next order will be my last. I have three stars because of the quality.

I was happy with A Farley but disappointed that they only offered 5-7 day delivery as it was my husbands birthday present. I offered to pay for next day but was told it was unavailable. The coat arrived on day 7 so missed his birthday. I need to return it as it is too big and was disappointed there were no free returns offered. I can’t wait another 7 days for the smaller size so am sadly shopping around.

Is OK not best customer experience. Didn't make the 2-3 day delivery stated on the website, came after calls, email, and 7 days. Did get a 10% refund only to find this was being given to all for Black Friday by the time the package arrived... So not really in the spirit of making things right imo, but subjective I appreciate.

Fast delivery but unfortunately the boots were too short. I wanted to order alternative boots but the first ones cost me £8 to send back so won’t order from A Farley as too expensive to return goods

Service was too quick. Order placed 11 Dec with request “ please do not despatch until Mon 14th” DPD tried to deliver Sat and Sun when we were away. They delivered successfully on Mon 14th. If you have a “delivery instructions” field on order form - suggest you read it!

I was sent the wrong size and was asked to take the parcel back to DPD, an hours long trip. Persuaded Farley to pick up parcel. Sorry attitude to customer service.

We are so sorry to hear we sent you the wrong size and can see you were in contact with our customer service team who arranged for the correct size to be dispatched to you immediately. We are very sorry we do not offer DPD collections only DPD drop off shops, however your local drop off shop was advised as this was only 1 mile away. We understand after speaking to you, this was not the easiest route and on this occasion we were happy to arrange a collection for you with with DPD. The score would be higher, but I received my gilet and it developed a fault. over the weekend after receipt. I sent the gilet back paying for its return. not cheap nowadays. I waited for an update but nothing came so I found myself chasing the gilet. It has been returned to the manufacturer whom I was assured were very quick at decision-making. But here we are at the end of the second week and no return and no contact.

I recently purchased some Bhrule Jean. Took over weeks to arrive, I ordered a 34 waist but it didn’t fit, j have purchased other Jeans a trousers same size and ok. I returned them to the shop hoping to replace them but no luck. I was told it would take a week or so for a refund so I complained, got it within a couple of days. Bearing in mind I had travelled from Thurcaston to return them there was no allowance for this cost. I like the store and your products but not a good experience this time.
