I would love to give a review on the deck shoes I ordered on 1/7/24 for my husband’s birthday on 12/7/24. However, this is not possible as I still haven’t received them. So disappointed with the fact they were late being dispatched and even with the 2-5 working days express delivery still haven’t arrived. I live in hope that one day they might appear ! The item arrived promptly but was not of the quality or size required so has to be returned. There was no return instruction or code with the item,unlike its replacement from another supplier, so I had to use the Bot to request a return label which it promised to email me. It has not arrived yet and I am still unable to return the item until I recieve it. Not satisfactory.

The Meyer shorts I purchased for a holiday arrived 4 days late, but were still delivered to the wrong address which I eventually located. No apology/compensation recieved. Terrible service.

Having looked into your order we can see you missed your house name off your shipping address when you placed the order, which is what caused the issue with DPD delivering to the wrong address and also caused the delay while the order was in shipping. Sadly we never received them. We had to email a couple of times to find out where they were. We got a refund in the end and had to buy them somewhere else.

I ordered on 30th May and still have not received my order as of today 13th May. They are now saying 17th May! Just terrible customer support! There are other country clothing retailers who will get things to you alot quicker. They also list things as in stock on the website then when you order it they need to order it in! Really Not great at all!!

We have had a look into your order and can see your order was dispatched to be with you within the time frame, minus a couple of items that unfortunately we are awaiting our restocking delivery. We have tracked the order and can see on this occasion DPD have dispatched the order to the wrong depot in Scotland, which caused a slight delay in receiving your order. However, DPD have since managed to relocate the order meaning it is due to arrive with you today, the 13th June, as opposed to the 17th June. We do understand how important it is to receive your order in a timely time frame and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Ordered the boots that were in stock on the 10th. Was notified this morning (22nd) that the boots were being returned back to A Farley. No idea why - looking at the tracking they got to a depot near by.

Items took 8 days from order to arrive, did not include free gift of shoe trees as “out of stock” despite still being offered on website and containing a printed sheet with a code for £10 off next purchase, returned items via DPD and had to wait 24 hours for a label, which cost £9.95 instead of £8.95 as described on website

Dubarry boots received in very unacceptable condition even though I was told they had passed Dubarry quality control. Boots looked tired with wear marks from internal detailing and/or internal packaging, a long scratch as well as dark marks on them. A replacement pair were offered but in a damaged box. These boots were destined for a gift so neither were satisfactory and I requested a refund. This was received timeously.

As mentioned by my colleague, all items are ordered in directly from Dubarry after passing their quality control, however we understand your disappointment. I can see a replacement pair was offered, but sadly the box had a slight crack in it, which has happened in transit from Dubarry in Ireland to ourselves. We did not have any additional stock to offer, as unfortunately we were awaiting a restocking delivery to arrive from Dubarry. Sent boots back at a cost to myself. No refund for 10 days. Very disappointed Said they are uk size 6 but they are a eu 40 so a uk size 7 Postage was nearly £10 to send back Ridiculous Still not got refund after 6 days

Dubarry comes in EU sizing and Dubarry advise the EU40 is a UK6 and therefore this is what we have dispatched, as per your order confirmation. We are pleased to confirm we have received your return back, and a refund has been issued on the 5th working day from the date we received the return (we advise this can take up to 10 working days). Yes I did purchase an item and the delivery company sent me a picture of its delivery in front of a brown door. My door is white, contacted the delivery people and Farley yet to have feedback from either even a holding note

Took to long for delivery items says in stock and then days later you get emails to say out of stock left waiting for items also no free returns or easy returns procedure very difficult and frustrating sending items back and pay for returns postage timetaken to process returns not very good customer service upon calling again not good still left waiting for a full refund to be processed currently on the 3rd week would not recommend will not be ordering again very disappointed with the service overall

The trousers I purchased were delivered without packaging in a DPD plastic bag. No bag and no documents. They were supposed to have a returns form (I need to return them for a different size) but did not. They won’t exchange them either. Shocking.

The reason we do not offer an exchange service is because we feel this procedure is longer winded for the customer.
