Farley Country Attire hold stocks of a very good range of quality products that are often difficult to source elsewhere, but their despatch time for orders needs to streamlined. I know they are not Amazon but that is the competition and customer expectation these days.

Many of our products are available on a next-day delivery service or a free express 3-day delivery service, however, we appreciate for some items delivery can be up to 6 working days. This item was delayed because of supplier apparently, after making an enquiry about its delivery I was told I had been emailed,I received no such email,I was then told the item would be back in stock the following Monday and would be dispatched next day,I didn’t receive the item until Friday,again with communication severely lacking.

I ordered a Tilley hat on 11th July on line. It was showing in stock. It hadn't arrived by 25th July so I phoned customer services. The lady was very helpful saying that they were waiting for new stock and that I should have been informed of the delay. My hat arrived on 28th July and I'm very pleased with it. It would have been 5 stars if their system had worked by keeping me up to date.

Item not delivered in time (birthday gift).Courier service informed me item would be delivered on the Saturday instead of the Friday.Item was delivered on the Saturday to the wrong address.Didn’t get the item till yesterday.Not impressed with courier service.

You have a great website with quality items at fair prices and friendly staff on the end of the telephone. The only thing that left a shadow on my experience with A. Farley was the delivery service.

They were very prompt in dispatching my order, however, when I received it they have sent the wrong item out. I have today (6th July'22) dropped this off with DPD to return and await what happens next!

I found it easy to order on the website, but having ordered was told they did not have the stock and couldnt get it and wouldnt be able to get it as discountinued. Good communication when emailed, but couldnt get anyone on the phone. So ended up with a fantastic product that is okay for the summer but will be tight in the winter.

I have always wanted a pair of Dubarry boots but they have always been so expensive. A Farley Country Attire had a 1st time buyer discount so I took advantage of this and ordered a pair. Delivery was supposed to of been next day.. but after a week of not receiving my goods and no explanation from A Farley as to why, I decided to email them.. the response was they had sold out and couldn't get any more stock until the following month. So I decided to wait. By the following month I still hadn't heard from A Farley so got intouch again, to be told they still couldn't get any stock!!! You would of thought A Farley would of kept their customers up to date rather that the customer having to chase them to find out what is going on... not great customer service

Item arrived promptly but box was very damaged and shoes had mark on them. Returned as too small, same day, but yet to receive refund nearly a week later.

I ordered my Barker Wallis Deck shoes to go on holiday. They were ordered on 09 June 2022, and I expected them to be delivered within six working days as per the A Farley website, hoping they would arrive by the time I went on holiday on 17 June 2022. A telephone call to them on 13 June resulted in being told that they would tell their warehouse I was going on holiday, and request that they be given priority. furthermore, I was informed that if there was going to be a delay, I would be informed, but I was not contacted.. Not only were the shoes not received in time for my holiday, but they did not arrive until 21 June 2022, twelve days after the order was placed, which, I feel is unsatisfactory, and, I have to say, not my experience of A Farley, in the past.

Great quality products but there are issues relating to stock levels and communication, Ordered Brax jeans which according to the website were in stock and deliverable in 5 days. After 2 weeks and no sign of my purchase and no communication, I chased A Farley up and was told the product I ordered was out of stock but would be available for delivery in 4 days. Had to chase up again after 3 weeks and no communication. Product eventually turned up after nearly 4 weeks.

Not the best experience. My order was delayed and although the lady i spoke to got my parcel out on an overnight del, it was unfortunatly the wrong colour sent, as it was a gift i kept it. If it had been sent in time, i would have had time to send it back for correct colour.

Communication wasn't great, one of the items I ordered was out of stock despite the order being made and I only found out when I chased so this item is now cancelled, plus the other item i ordered wasn't delivered in the timeline stated, so I wasn't able to wear to the event I ordered them for.

Hello, I tried to order in my name but found it difficult even though I had previously had shoes last year. The Joseph Cheaney boots I have just received had to be ordered by my husband !!! They took a while to arrive , slight box damage but the are beautiful boots. We are Cheaney supporter’s, owning several pairs, can’t beat them. Perhaps I need to set up a new account with you. Unfortunately, the belt took too long to deliver and missed my brithday. My wife was very disappointed. Also it was too big and had to send it back. No replacements so had to pay for a new one and it took two weeks to arrive. But refund is still not here after nearly a month. Belt is really nice though.

Item took 10 days to arrive, which was disappointing, although I was informed that Easter had meant a delay despite ordering after the holiday. Responded promptly to my chasing up enquiry.

I was not pleased to be told after ordering three Brül trousers that two of them were not in stock. However, I received my money back very promptly and your staff were very helpful and pleasant. I will buy from you in the future and I wish you well.
