“When purchasing the shoes it said would be delivered in 5-7 working days. Had still not heard anything after 4 days that the order had even processed so called and was told the would definitely be with us by the middle of the following week. They eventually turned up on the Friday of the following week (9 working days after ordering) a day after we’d already left for holiday (the holiday id ordered them for). If I was told when I called that they would be delayed I could have ordered a replacement from elsewhere. Since writing initial review a member of their team quickly contacted me to apologise and offer a compensatory voucher if I were to shop with them again. Extremely well handled.”

“Purchased chameau boots. Size as expected, delivery arrived within an acceptable time frame of 9 days since order placement (we are a bit spoilt by amazon fast deliveries ;)..) No issues. thank you very much.”

“I ordered a pair of boots two weeks ago and still don’t have them, also been sent the wrong pair a few days ago. The communication has been terrible, I wasn’t informed there would be delay and when you advertise next day delivery it’s very disappointing. I’ve had to call a few times now and wait on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone for them to inform me that they have no idea when I will get my boots. Also advertising a free gift which doesn’t exist, don’t advertise what you can’t provide…free gift or 24 delivery. So disappointing this time and still no boots, over two weeks later. Update, been contacted all rectified, boots received and 10% off my order for all the hassle, free gift added too.”

“The entire process was good. Shipping could be done a bit faster. The product itself is perfect, pricing perfect, packaging perfect. So shopping with these people is a pleasure. Do mind extra taxes when the package enters your European country. UK is no more part of the monetary unity in Europe. Unfortunately!”

“Have been trying for ages to get decent pair of chinos, selected the MEYER range from A Farley, and everything seemed to relate back fitting-wise to the old drain pipe leg fashion. the Roma range showed 16.25 " bottoms Selected them, well made, good colour inside luxury fittings. The bottoms of the legs measured 15.5 " would have been nice to see the tolerance go the other way to 17", but hey ho”

“Online ordering was very easy and prompt dispatch. I ordered Dubarry deck shoes and Meyer Chinos both fitted perfectly and if great quality. I would of given 5* however your courier company let you down , not only was the package delivered to the wrong house and road but also the packaging was not robust and badly ripped, it was fortunate that the chinos had not been damaged as the item was not individually wrapped within the package.”
