Easy to purchase my coat however on ordering it stated delivery within 6 working days. On the eighth working day I still hadn’t heard anything so emailed in asking for an update. I did not receive any reply this email. Two days later I received an automated emailed with delivery details for the following day. Lack of communication was a bit disappointing but pleased with my purchase.

Sorry to give such a low mark but the package was delayed by some time because the address was wrong ,don’t know why but I should have been notified a little earlier other than that great product.

We have investigated the delivery of your item with DPD and can see your order was dispatched to the address supplied on the order from yourself. We can also see the order was with you within the advised timeframe, however, we can see the parcel initially was directing to an incorrect depot that was not your location. I bought a pair of trousers from them but they didn’t fit so I returned them. Service was excellent when buying but very disappointing when it came for refunding. After not hearing anything from them I got in contact to ask where it was and got it back. I hope this was a one off.

Some excellent products from quality brands at competitive prices. However I have found communications wanting when products are not actuallly in stock and you try to contact them to find out when they will be delivered.

Respected, Thank you for the fast delivery to Montenegro, but I’m not satisfied only with the size of Barbour gilet, because it’s not the regular S (small) size, it’s 2x bigger. Kindly, Marija

Very good. Unfortunately, though one of the two pairs of trousers had a 36inch waist, as ordered, the other pair was about 3 inches shorter round the waist. I sent them back and await a refund.

The boots I ordered are lovely, comfortable and just what I was looking for. The customer service however was not great. On initially ordering the boots and paying for them I received an email two days later, informing me that my size was not available! I called, as requested before their 4pm phone call cut off point but did not get through. I then emailed to confirm my size change but heard nothing for a another few days. It was only when I called, a full 7 days later, and after hearing nothing, that my order was finally verbally confirmed and then dispatched. The boots arrived two days later which was great. Not great customer service I’d say.
