“I found it really annoying that when I have more than one insurance with you none show the detail ( ie car reg or house etc ) unless you open up the email to see. We have to trawl through the numerous emails to find the relevant document.”

“Always given excellent service for my modified and classic mini's. Not as cheap as they used to be relative to other insurers but the policies can always be adjusted to match your requirements and agreed valuations are a great addition to classic policies.”

“Having been with you for a good number of years, we were sadly very disappointed with your response when asking for a quote when we changed the vehicle. Firstly you require d £55 to tranfer the remaining two months of our insurance package to te new vehicle when the existing insurance cost was only £22 a month. Secondly your new quote was not even near a quote for exactly the same cover with a competitor. Thirdly we didthink your sales person was just adequate and when we said we had been with you for a very long time and really would like to continue with you but the quote was not in line with alternative quotes ,the response was dismissive. Perhaps next year as a NEW customer we may get a even better deal,”

“Owners of Classic Cars do not have many options as most insurance companies do not want to deal with anything that is 40 years old. Adrian Flux does (thank you!) and so far it has been a good relationship.”

“Efficient service, especially for classic cars however a bit disappointed with their quotes for my sport model which was abit 'take it or leave it'. Got a much better quote from a mainstream company.”

“The company is great. I have never had anything but good advisers on the phone. BUT The silly loop that I have go through every year of getting a quote from Adrian Flux, going online to see the best equivalent quotes, going back to Adrian Flux telling them the better quote, having the adviser put me on hold to ask their supervisor if they can give a better quote, then Adrian Flux matching it... It is laborious & insulting to my intelligence!!! The service may be good & I may have been with Adrian Flux for a long time, but money does count! So why cant they just give me the best quote & be done with it? This is BORING, BORING, BORING & one day I may well get annoyed & just go elsewhere!”

“Renewal price disgracefull after 10 years insurance very poor still owed money from when yourselfs tried taking a payment that had already been paid shich i occured bank charges which i was told would be repayed as soon as i provided proof which i did but wasnt excepted of yourselfs just a con would never use your company again”

“Based on my partners treatment while she was claiming for an accident and injury endless calls waiting for money mistakes on adrian fluxs part and the solicitors part wished we never bothered claiming then whilst waiting for a refund from yourselves we were told it be with us when it was with us could be weeks, but i complain on a website to a member of your team and its in the bank 3 days later, bear in mind the money was owed since June and she finally got it in october disgraceful”
