“I have had my camper insured with you for a few years now and have always been happy with service, however I always have to ask for the premium to readjusted as you always try to increase premium year on year and I would like to see premiums kept at same rate for loyal customers as it is always a pain to go to another insurer”

“Never had any problems with Adrian Flux - always friendly service over several years, although last year the renewal notice didn't come through and thus wasn't auto-renewed when my credit card number had changed, Unfortunately the prices quoted for renewals just aren't competitive any longer and I have to go elsewhere.”

“Had classic car insurance for 8 years now. To get the best deal, I always have to go elsewhere to get a better quote which you then match. The best deal, first time for loyal customers is what should be offered.”

“Been with Adrian Flux for quite a few years now, Have always found him / them able to listen to clients, and would always if possible beat any genuine renewal quote , so as to keep a client which now days is so unusual with most insurance brokers/ companies, and which I find great and more like the old days where one would stay with one insurance Broker / company as you could trust them to be fair to you. Will look forward to my renewal again this year with them as I know they will be fair. Chris Ogborn”

“On renewing my Insurance for my kit car, which I'd held with you for many years as a specialist in the field - the premium seemed very high £400 - much more than I pay on a Aston Martin V8!!! So I shopped around, as you now have competition in the field & ended up elsewhere with a quote for £214 - almost half! So you seem to have gone the way of most other Car Insurers - out to take advantage of loyal customers - which is a shame!”

“I have renewed my Kit car insurance registration WAR950W with you now for the last 5-6 years more out of convenience and not having the time to shop round more than anything else. I think the current policy expires in August and i will definitely be comparing the quotation this year with alternative providers . The agreed value isnt where i want it to be at £17,000 as you couldnt replicate the vehicle or replace it for this amount and i have a colleague with a similar vehicle with a higher agreed value and lower premium. Perhaps you could look at my policy when it is due for renewal ?”

“Seems ok but why oh why do you always give me a renewal price which is way above the market price for the same insurance! every year I call up and say again you are to expensive and every year you reduce it by around £100. Why dont you just give me the best renewal price each time to save me a phone call??? Crazy!”

“I would just like it that when I receive a renewal quotation, it is the very best deal you can provide as I have to check on comparison sites and then come back to you where 9 times out of 10 you will match or better the quote from the comparison site, which can we frustrating and wasting time! I am always happy with the service I have had from Adrian Flux the staff are always friendly and helpful when you call, have used your services for many years.”
