“I had two phone calls and I requested a catalogue on each call. The second call was a follow up of the first call. The lady apologised that a catalogue hadn't been sent by the first person and assured me she would send one out to me. It's now approx 1 month later I still haven't received anything. I'm afraid I've gone elsewhere where attention to detail and customer service is spot on !!!!”

“All most people want to know is the prices before they make their mind up to continue what they do not need is to be inundated with phone calls and battered with sales patter Why can you not just send a brochure instead of pestering people at inappropriate times”

“I only wanted a quote for a rise and Recliner bed as nurses had broken my bed .and needed a quote for insurance purpose.but was told they couldnt give me a price .they only print brochures and anybody can write a price.so pretty useless.”
