“Additive X themselves as always are faultless Their decision to change delivery partner however gave me the worst experience. First day the company couldn't be bother to deliver it and said they had tried - I was home all day Second day they left it outside the main flat block doors by the road and said the delivery was "signed for"... Not what you want when you're ordering £140 worth of resin...”

“I have nothing but praise for the staff at Additive-X Ltd. I had a problem with my first printer, it was sorted out within an hour and the replacement arrived the next day. There have been no problems with the new printer. I can fully recommend them, with an excellent support team should you be unfortunate enough to have a problem. I will certainly buy from them again”

“Ordered tuesday got it next day. I bought printer an extra roll of filament a dry box and a spare dry box caddy, and saved myself £100 in total. I will buy all my filament from them and other accessories. I would recommend them highly.”

“Top notch customer service backed up with competitive prices. I am a convert - no more ordering 3D printing consumables from Amazon. The Live Chat representative was incredibly helpful, with great product knowledge, guiding me on which product would best suit my needs.
