“I’ve ordered an upgrade kit for my bambulab P1P around busy Christmas time so expected it to take some time, I was wrong, the parcel was shipped almost immediately and arrived nice and quick. “I cannot express how happy I am with my new Bambulabs P1S, but the real hero is Additive X customer experience. The staff are helpful above and beyond and always happy to assist. “Absolutely fantastic service provided by Additive X. I ordered a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon on Friday and it was delivered problem-free by the courier the very next day early in the day and in perfect condition. The Additive X website is really clear and concise with everything nicely explained with a number of payment options once you have made your choice. Overall I can say that their service is defintely 5 star and I will be using them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family looking for items that can be provided by this company!”

“I purchased a product bambu ps1 from additive-x through the sales team a lady called Elaine, who was very knowledgeable and understood my requirements and kept me upto date on the order from purchase to delivery ,very much was enjoying the product when I had a little issue with extruder , contacted support team and really nice guy called Craig, who has been amazing with dealing with my challenges always kept me upto date with repairs and helped me locate the problem with clear and precise information which made all the difference , very calm and reassuring through the whole process , high can highly recommend this company and will be purchasing again from additive-x Kind regards Barry webb”
