“Great hair as usual....... still think postage should be free 🙄 need to stock more of the Elegance range in the Leeds branch....... 3-4 days waiting for clients hair unless even more postage is paid 🤷🏼‍♀️”

“Bought my 2nd lot of extensions, I’ve tried every brand of extensions and additional lengths have been the only ones that are quality! Always been told because I need blonde they will never last as much as dark ones would! Which is wrong as my last lot lasted 9 months and could of wore again but chose to get new ones which are longer then the previous very happy with them”

“Rude staff. As soon as I walked into the shop I felt unwanted as if I was an inconvenience to be there buying the hair. I was told there was nothing I could buy for my hair as it wasn’t a shade they could match. I would have been fine with this if it was approached in a nicer manner however I felt the staff were extremely rude. I definitly won’t be returning back.”

“I made an order and needed an exchange, baring in mind I needed this order fairly quickly I emailed how to go about this and received an email back straight away explaining what to do. Within two days I received an email to say it had been updated and that day it was all sorted and sent back to me. I was very impressed with the their efficient good customer service!”
