“Wrong item sent - I had paid £4 delivery - them I had to pay return delivery charge - so I paid almost for their mistakes and got nothing for it!!! no offer of refunding the delivery charges even though their fault. Poor service blunt uncaring And unhelpful emails - would definitely not use again and have told others not to use them”

“I can only tell the truth, as I have had 1st Class service, I couldn't have asked for better. My order was a good price, was practically by return post, very prompt indeed, more like by return email, if you understand what I mean. I would recommend this company to anyone. Regards Shelagh.”

“I placed an order on Thursday AM, paid for next day delivery 7.00. Received a text from courier saying delivery would be Friday AM @ 10.45 so took the day off work to wait in for parcel and fit my clients hair extension. Received a text at 9.15am on Friday saying delivery wouldn't be until Monday. Spent half hour Friday morning on the phone to Additional lengths, delivery was then rearranged for Saturday and 7.00 was refunded for the delivery cost. Both myself and my client lost a full days pay by taking the Friday off so overall poor service, will continue to use Hairtrade for my business as I cannot afford to be let down again”

“The ombré colours aren't as discribed nor correct ombré. I order over £400 worth of ombré medium blonde to platinum blonde. And it arrived 98 percent platinum/very light light blonde with a extremely tiny 1/2" of medium blonde near the glue. Would not use again. Although the hair seems of good quality of the colour isn't as discribed it defeats the object of paying for good hair.”

“I've been getting my hair extensions from here for a long time and with there being so much competition around I find it shocking that there is never a discount code or any deals for long standing customers or even free delivery when spending over £100!. And when I have emailed about things in the past I've never had a helpful reply.”
