“Ordered a halo hairpiece on Thursday, paying £7.00 for next day delivery. Friday morning I received an email saying they would be unable to deliver until Monday! Hair piece was needed for an event on Sunday so I called customer services to cancel the order. They advised that they would try the courier, but that in any event I would NOT get the delivery charge refunded! And furthermore, if they could not contact the driver I would have to pay for the return myself! So, am very disappointed - I don't have the product for my event, and now I am likely to be upwards of £10 out of pocket for the privilege. Shocking customer service. Would never use again.”

Hello Gerry, After further review, the delivery option selected was not a guaranteed service and therefore postage costs are not refunded as goods are shipped on the service you select and pay for. We apologise on behalf of the delivery company who failed to the deliver this order in a timely manner. Unfortunately some events are out of the control of all involved due to poor weather, accidents or other issues which may affect the process of the delivery from start to finish. “The hair quality was great - however delivery not so much. Ordered next day delivery because my hair was getting fitted the day after. This caused nothing but trouble as the came on the day I was having my appointment and missed half of my session And lost my deposit.”

“Purchased the sachets of crystals which eliminate brassiness. I have white hair and live in a hard water area. The instructions on the back of the packet said that it was not recommended for white hair without pigment. I phoned this company and had a long and friendly conversation with a lovely lady. She asked someone for advice and based on this I decided to use it. Not all the yellow has gone but it is noticeably lighter. Delighted and will now purchase the shampoo and conditioner. One delighted customer!!”

“Great hair. Lovely style .. just nothing like the colour advertised unfortunately so after paying an over average price I have to pay more for a hairdresser to dye the hair and it will now probably loose half of its life span :(”

“Extreamly poor customer service! Would not recommend! Ordered hair extensions on pre 12pm delivery, paid £13.50 for delivery. When extensions did not arrive I called customer service to be advised, pre 12pm delivery had not been processed! Hair appointment booked for 12:30pm! £150 deposit lost!!! As only provided a hours notice to salon to advise of cancellation! Can not get another appointment for 3 weeks! When speaking to Richard, he simply advised he was sorry, I should ordwe my hair before I actually need it!!! I should also call the salon and apologise! Which helps no one!!! Do not offer a service if you can not provide it! I've lost well over £250 today, "sorry" is not good enough!”
