“I had some issues with colour 4/18 when the packets were not the same. It took some time to explain and this was a little frustrating but I did value the fact that Richard did his very best to understand the problem. Ultimately the fact that they refunded me in full and as soon as they received the hair back means Im happy to give them 5 stars as it was resolved to my full satisfaction and in line with my expectations as them being ultimately a professional and personable team. I would buy again from them as the quality of the hair is very good and the deliveries / processing always reliable and on time.”

“I purchased the injection tape hair and I was really happy with the quality of hair but the tapes are terrible,I shampood my clients hair 3 days later and every tape came apart and the full head slipped out in my hands,I don't mind having to retape them but to be honest for the price the tapes should work,this isn't cheap hair in the slightest,would be great if they came with decent tapes.”
